Good staying with a good breakfast.
Pros:

Room was nice and cozy, had a minibar, comfortable bed. Location near to Nueva Plaza, at a walkable distance from Erriberako market, the train station, supermarket, metro and bus stations. The breakfast was nice, with good and various products, but lacking vegetables.

Cons:

The mini fridge was not working and the room was a bit noisy (we could easily hear the neighbors).

La organización para los desayunos. Los clientes estábamos distribuidos por turnos . Solo había una persona para atenderlo todo y cuando nos tocaba había gente de turnos anteriores ocupando las mesas y no había casi de nada de bollería y zumos para desayunar y las cafeteras no funcionaban

Ideal accommodation in a great location.
Pros:

Great location, old town, train station etc. Good facilities and staff more than helpful.

Cons:

6th Floor. Somewhat noisy due to poor insulation between adjoining rooms. Toilet flushing , shower noise very obvious.
I didn’t bother me greatly but I could see how it could annoy other guests.

Overall a good stay. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. There were enough towels, and they provide toothbrush sets, shower gel, shampoo and other toiletries, which is nice. The breakfast was simple but everything was okay and tasty. The location is very convenient. The hotel does not have its own parking, but there is a paid parking nearby for 22 euros per day, and the hotel gives you a 10% discount, so it comes to 20 euros per day

Cons:

Nothing major. The breakfast choice could be a bit wider, but it was fine for the price.
