Pros:

Fantastischer Blick in einem rund um tollen Hotel. Super freundliches Personal und sehr,sehr sauber. Tolle Atmosphäre und gutes Ambiente.

Très belle escale à Besakhi face au mont Agung
Pros:

Absolument tout !!!!
Vue exceptionnel depuis la piscine et la salle de resto
Chambre au top : propre et spacieuse.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Personnel adorable.
Bref , tout était parfait

Pros:

Everything was conveniently provided at this hotel & the location for viewing Mt.Agung was exactly as per online statements absolutely worth the stay for the views. The staff and processes of stay was very systematic, friendly & helpful which allowed for plenty of privacy & independence during the stay. The location is also quiet & peaceful.

Un très bon hôtel mais pas le meilleur pour visiter Sidemen
Pros:

C’est un très très belle hôtel. La vue est juste à couper le souffle, c’est LE gros point fort de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont bien et propre. L’hôtel est au calme, en plein dans un village de locaux.

Cons:

Les restaurants sont quand même loin donc le soir c’est un peu compliqué avec la route montagneuse dans le noire.
Difficile de trouvé une location de scooter appart celui de l’hôtel mais il faut négocier !
Le restaurant n’est vraiment pas bon, le petit déjeuner non plus. ( J’ai été malade 😢 ) Pour moi c’est le gros bémol.
Mange de rangement dans la chambre, un frigo, un coffre fort.

Pros:

I booked 2 nights here as I also wanted to climb Mt Agung on the first night. Mountain view rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. Comfy beds. The staff were also very friendly and helpful with organising the
transport to and from the start points for me to go and meet my guide. They also arranged for my breakfast to be packed, and for massage appointments after the climb. Service at the restaurant was also excellent. The views of the volcano are spectacular. Although there are usually clouds in the afternoon which tend to obscure the view.

Cons:

Pool water is cold. Even though the sun is up, I couldn't stay in the pool for long.

Goed en comfortabel met een schitterend uitzicht
Pros:

Wij hadden een comfortabele kamer met schitterend uitzicht op de Mount Agung. Echt een aanrader om bij zonsopgang vanaf het balkon te zien! Einde van de dag was deze niet meer te zien vanwege de bewolking, dus geen zonsondergang.
Einde van de dag kwam het personeel vragen of we nog extra flesjes water wilden.

Spacious room with breathtaking views and friendly staff
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the biggest highlight was definitely the stunning view, which made the experience even more special.

The bathroom was clean, although it could benefit from better lighting - adding a lamp above the mirror would be a great improvement. The pool was also clean and enjoyable, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant was acceptable, but the food was quite average and not particularly memorable. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the beautiful setting and amazing view.

Pros:

Eine wunderschöne Anlage. Der Blick auf den Vulkan vom Pool oder Zimmer aus ist einfach unschlagbar.
Das Klima ist angenehm.
Wir hatten den Pool praktisch den ganzen Tag für uns allein.
Für Ausflüge sollte man mobil sein (Motorbike), dann kann man kleinere Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Der Muttertempel ist auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert
Die Zimmer sind gehobener Standart - nicht außergewöhnlich aber sauber und mit dem Ausblick einfach wunderschön.
Essen war super, genauso das Spa 👍🏻
