Top-locatie met majestueus uitzicht op mount Agung, van alle comfort voorzien.

Waar voor je geld op een unieke locatie
Pros:

Zeer mooi hotel met een prachtig uitzicht over de Agung mountain. De kamers zijn ook erg goed. We hadden bij de buitendeur een kleine mierenkolonie maar dat werd per direct goed opgelost! Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Je kreeg zelfs een afternoon high tea. Het ontbijt was lekker en de porties waren een prima formaat.

Cons:

De mini gym is extreem mini, verwacht er niets van. Het is ook extreem heet daar binnen. Het zwembadwater was daarentegen weer erg koud helaas. Het diner is te duur voor wat je krijgt, we betaalde zelfs voor een glazen fles water van 350 ml omgerekend 4 euro, dat is echt schandalige afzetterij. Dus zorg voordat je hier heen gaat dat je genoeg water meeneemt. De pizzabodem was ook niet erg lekker, het was eerder een soort brood/koekdeeg dan een pizzabodem en het duurde zeer lang voordat het eten geserveerd werd. De excursies die worden aangeboden zijn ook echt te duur, boek die ergens anders. De taxiprijs naar Sanur was wel netjes en goed geregeld.
Overigens wegwerpslippers in 2026 kan echt niet meer, die kan je namelijk tussen het koraal vinden over een paar weken aangezien in Bali al het afval in zee/ravijn gestort wordt. Ook kleine zeerpverpakkingen zijn eerder een vloek dan een zegen, stop daar mee

Jedynym plusem hotelu był widok.

Cons:

Obiekt znajduje się w miejscu, z którego praktycznie wszędzie trzeba dojeżdżać samochodem. Hotel oferuje co prawda własne taksówki, jednak ceny przejazdów są zdecydowanie zawyżone w stosunku do pokonywanej odległości. Za kwoty, które proponowano za krótki kurs do pobliskiego sklepu, można byłoby dojechać nawet do innego miasta. Kolejnym dużym rozczarowaniem były śniadania. W ofercie wyraźnie zaznaczono, że śniadanie jest także w formie bufetu, co okazało się niezgodne z prawdą. Posiłki serwowane są wyłącznie w formie à la carte.

Super hôtel, nous avons allongé notre séjour !
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la nourriture très très bonne, la piscine, et la vue. Tout est super, ainsi que la beauté des jardins, l’entretien, et en bonus la salle de sport.
Le thé et le café offert avec une collation, ainsi que le cadeau de départ. Nous devions rester une seule nuit et avons prolongé. Je recommande.

Great service, food and mountain views (clouds permitting).
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff was a great feature. There was a lot of variety of food - the breakfasts were delicious with fresh fruit and many Indonesian and European choices for breakfast. No problem if you are lactose intolerant. The choice of evening meals was more extensive. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with a mountain view. The pool was great with a view of Mount Agung.The massage and meditation options were a good bonus.

Pros:

The hotel is wonderful in every way: its atmosphere, cleanliness, view, and the attentiveness of the staff. It was so good that I extended my stay by another night. I highly recommend it. I especially want to thank Ms. Ratna, the staff member in charge.

Cons:

Instead of palm oil in cooking (it's both unhealthy and leaves a very bad smell), it would be much better if they used butter, especially in meat dishes, and olive oil or sunflower oil in vegetable dishes. People from regions like ours, who are not used to palm oil, would enjoy the flavor much more.
