Our stay at Bonne Sante Hotel was truly excellent and exceeded our expectations.
What really made the difference, however, was the amazing team at the reception. From the very first moment until our departure, they were always kind, welcoming, and genuinely willing to assist us with anything we needed. Whether it was organizing transportation or giving helpful tips, they made everything easy and stress-free.
We were traveling as a family with three children (two kids and a baby), and the care and attention we received were outstanding. They made us feel comfortable and at home throughout our stay.
A special mention also goes to the lady at breakfast, who was always smiling, warm, and attentive. She added a beautiful touch to our mornings and made the experience even more enjoyable.
It is rare to come across such a high level of hospitality, and this is definitely one of the main reasons we would choose this hotel again.

The hotel has a really cozy and modern vibe, especially the rooftop area which is beautiful in the evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—close to Taksim but still quiet enough to relax. What really made the stay special was the staff. Islam was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for us, and always had a great attitude.
Honestly, not much to complain about. Maybe small details like room size depending on the type, but overall it didn’t affect the experience.

Das Personal wollte unser Handy nehmen, um schnell etwas bei Booking auszufüllen – das haben wir nicht zugelassen. Daher vermutlich die vielen positiven Bewertungen.
Zimmer nicht sauber, vieles alt, kaputt und dreckig. Boden lange nicht gereinigt. Für Kinder wegen vieler Stolperfallen durch kaputte Sachen ungeeignet. Badewanne im Zimmer fragwürdig – würde ich nicht benutzen.
Frühstück ok, aber hartes Brot und sehr kleine Auswahl. Wir sind lieber woanders essen gegangen.
