Good location, friendly staff
Pros:

Our room was upgraded upon arrival which was a lovely surprise after a 15 hour flight! The staff were very polite and helpful. It was well located, situated in between two metro stations so very easy to explore Tokyo. The room was spacious and well stocked - we loved the addition of a washing machine! Overall, a very relaxing stay.

Cons:

There weren’t many other facilities but that wasn’t much of an issue considering we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Pros:

房间比较宽敞，可以摊开大件行李，床铺很舒服，地点非常方便，离地铁站很近，步行可以到伊势丹。工作人员都很友好礼貌，服务周到。

Cons:

清洁程度还可以再完善（入住时候在床单和洗手间墙面看见少许残留头发）

Pros:

Very spacious rooms which is hard to find in Tokyo! The location was amazing only a short walk to the central area. Heaps of restaurants and supermarkets right next to the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

Dommage pour qlq malfunctions de l’équipement de la chambre . Tout le reste parfait .
Pros:

La panoplie de produits dans la salle de bain et la machine à laver le linge .

Cons:

Au robinet en position eau chaude max on a seulement un petit filet d’eau qui coule.
Dès que l’on arrive dans la chambre au bout de 5 min le nez se bouche totalement ( sûrement du à la climatisation mal nettoyée ou mal réglée).
Ceci apparaît même après un bon lavage de nez 5 min après alors que dès que l’on sort de la chambre le nez se débouche de suite ….

Great location and facilities
Pros:

Location was excellent. Only a 10min walk to the main train station and so much to do near by! Having the washing machining in the apartment room was also handy. Aircon and heating worked so fast when you got home from a big day. Also was very quiet, didn’t hear any road noises or people next door.

Cons:

The bed was not the most comfortable. Pillows were thin and the bed has a slant to it. The quilt would also slide inside the quilt cover every-time you rolled over but I toss and turn a lot so maybe just an issue for me
