L'isolation phonique (mais sans doute est ce normal un samedi soir au vu de la localisation de l'hôtel)
Le manque de propreté (notamment dans la salle de bain)

Comfort at a great location
Pros:

Location couldn't be any better. Right next to the old port and with fantastic access to sites restaurants and a view of the old port. Breakfast was great and even as a vegetarian I found it great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I really didn't find much to complain about. The room was a bit dark because a light was out but I think that is nitpicking. We were traveling in January so there was a lot of rain so having a great room is what you need when weather is tough.

Je tenais à saluer le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de toute l 'équipe. C est tellement rare de nos jours. Merci infiniment Léa, Mathilde et Stéphanie sans oublier l 'équipe ménage pour avoir fait de notre séjour un superbe moment.

L'emplacement est top, la chambre est propre, le lit confortable, et le déjeuner varié.

Cons:

- Le bruit : on entend les voisins, les gens dans le couloir et l'ascenseur...
- L'organisation du petit déjeuner chaotique : pas de place pour s'assoir, attente de plus de 30min pour avoir des œufs, plus de vaisselles disponibles...
- Chambre : mériterait un rafraîchissement : peinture écaillée, porte savon cassé, tablette dans salle de bain rouillée..
