セミダブルツインを2人でゆったりと利用できました。ロビーを横切らずに、居室やコインランドリーを利用できるので、気をつかわなかったです。

出張、一人旅、寝床だけを求めるなら十分すぎる品質。
Pros:

客室が全体的に清潔で快適に過ごせた。
アメニティもそれ充実していて、かつフロントにて補充が可能であったので不足は感じなかった。
近くの喫茶店で使える朝食のクーポンがもらえるのも嬉しいところ。
出張などで適当に一人で素泊まりする分には十分すぎる。

Cons:

エレベータが一つしか稼働しておらず、階段も非常階段しか見当たらなかったので移動に非常に難があった。
鍵の受け渡し時の確認が非常に雑。部屋番号の確認だけで本人確認もされないのでセキュリティ面で若干不安を感じた。

安いから選んだが、価格に応じたホテルでした。
Pros:

価格に対して駅からのアクセスが良かったです。

Cons:

水道が壊れていた事や隙間風のような音がずっとしてる。
部屋も薄暗い感じでした。朝食時間をメールで問い合わせすると宿泊した3日後に返信がありました。

Pros:

だいぶ遅くにチェックインになってしまったのに快く受付して貰えたのと、まさかのアップグレードして貰えて、最高でした！！
WiFiもバッチリ使えた！ シャワーの水圧もバッチリ！！
デスクら辺にデカイ折りたたみのミラーがあったのは助かった！！

Cons:

アメニティが基本の物しかないので、化粧品等はしっかり準備しとくべし！！

ポットはあるが、お茶っ葉とかインスタントコーヒーとかは無いので、持参するべし！！

そして、乾燥がやばいので注意！
(どこのホテルも一緒だろうけど。)
