Pros:

The hotel is located in a culturally rich neighborhood. There are nice restaurants and bars around the hotel. It's also a short walk to the east coast park and beachside. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The beds are comfortable. WiFi works well.

Cons:

Overall, there were no major issues with the facilities or rooms. That said, a few of the provided towels showed signs of wear and could be refreshed to better match the standards of a four-star hotel.
