Personalul foarte bun,atent la detalii

Cons:

Geamurile parcă erau inexistente așa se auzea tot după stradă mașinile, oamenii care treceau pe stradă dar cel mai rău era să fi trezit la 5 dimineața de slujba care parcă era lângă tine în pat , destul de mult de mers până la atracțiile turistice mers mult tramvai în rest OK

The staff was very polite. Hygiene is good. Location not bad, close to tram station and metro. There are good places for lunch and dinner close to the hotel. No parking space, you must be lucky if there is free parking spot in front of the hotel.

Cons:

Beds are not very comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely the same each single morning and the quality of the food includes in the breakfast is not very good.

Pros:

Nejvíc musím ocenit celý personál, který byl skutečně velmi ochotný a příjemný. Lokalita je kousek od metra a tramvaje, což je také super. Pokoj a koupelna - vše čisté, plně dostačující.

Cons:

Byli jsme pět dní a už se nám pak stejná snídaně každý den docela zajídala, v české republice jsme již zvyklý na jiný level :-)

La colazione, non c è scelta perché viene servito un unico piatto con olive formaggio cetrioli,pomodorini, marmellata e miele accompagnato il tutto con del pane .

Pros:

Nice and clean room. Very helpful and kind staff both at the reception and at breakfast. Good connected to the center via Tram and Métro. 20 minutes on foot to Grand Bazar. Busy but safe area.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved. Fresh omelette and coffee were good but the cold plate was repetitive and without fresh products (no sweets, no yogurt/musli etc).
The third bed was a bit small.

Cons:

Сам район локації виглядає недоглянутим, вокзальний вайб. Поруч свого роду транспортний вузол, до зупинок метро і трамвая недалеко, але сама зона не сподобалася.
