Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applicable to all foreign guests. If you choose to pay at the property upon your arrival, you will have to pay the tourist tax directly at the property. If you pay for your reservation via Booking.com, we will collect this tax from you directly.

This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card and SAME credit card upon check-in or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Good location
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur. The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a short getaway. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Bukit Bintang and many food options.

Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall service was good and the facilities were well maintained.

However, one concern was the carpark area. It was quite dimly lit and felt a bit unsecured, especially at night. For a reputable property like this, improving the lighting and security presence in the parking area would definitely give guests better peace of mind.

Overall, still a comfortable stay and would consider returning.

Hôtel bien situé et correct.
Pros:

La piscine roof top et la salle de sport.
La gentillesse et les sourires du personnel à la porte d'entrée.

Cons:

La fermeture de la piscine au 1er étage beaucoup plus grande que celle du rooftop.
La froideur des clients de l'hôtel.

Pros:

交通、買物とロケーションは最高！
スタッフも親切でした。
朝食はマレーシア料理も日替りで取り入れ
連泊しても飽きることは無かった。

Cons:

部屋のコンセントの数、位置(ベッド周り)が改善されると尚いい。海外なので仕方ないがシャワーの圧ももう少し強いといい。

It was a comfortable stay but the construction noise outside the window at night during the weekend was bad.

The suites were up kept well. While the bathroom looked clean and refurbished, the rest of the suite was rather jaded. Chipped furniture, stained upholstery, stained floors.
