Fantastic team
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Somerset Hotel and was thoroughly impressed.The highlight was absolutely the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine warmth. A special thank you to the front desk team and the restaurant staff for going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always smiling and eager to help with directions, luggage, or just a friendly chat.

Pros:

Hotel location was good to walk around in the town - fish market, central park. Some good restaurants around. Room size was good. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Good addition was free transfer from and to the airport.

Cons:

Wifi was actually working only in the lobby. Our room did not have any view, but in booking.com the room was described as with 'city view'. In reality really dirty window was facing some brick wall. Such rooms should have different price and this should be clearly stated during booking as 'no view'. I'd never book such room as I do not feel OK in rooms with no view and daylight. Luckily we had only one night there.

Cons:

Prezzo caro, wifi pessimo, acqua calda inesistente (doccia fredda), finestre insonorizzate male (ho dormito tutta la notte con il rumore forte della strada e delle macchine dei condizionatori)

Good comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good

Cons:

A bit noisy from the traffic but I was able to change rooms to a room not the street side which was quieter

Cons:

We had room at 1dt floor, with no sunlight, so it felt like in the basment. Bad was narrow and old. In the room was moisterue and bad smell. There was no soindproof in the door so we heard even receptionists converstations. There was no warm water. Overall this hotel doas not deserven 4***, not even 3

Pros:

· Завтрак был нормальный.

· Трансфер в аэропорт был удобным.

· После обращения на следующий день администрация предложила замену номера на более высокую категорию, который оказался значительно лучше.

Cons:

· Предоставленный номер, скорее всего, не соответствовал забронированному: вместо представительского улучшенного номера 25 м² с видом на город и тихую улицу был номер 12-13 м² с видом на стену.

· Вместо указанных перьевых подушек были подушки с синтетическим наполнителем.

· Дверь на балкон оказалась неисправна и не открывалась.

· Сам процесс переезда из номера в номер вызвал дискомфорт.

I wiil recommend for sure.
Pros:

It was great stay and friendly staff including the General Manager.

Cons:

We really enjoyed the food and should mention that SL chef walked to us at breakfast and checking the food and getting the feedback.
