Not a four star hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff and well organized. Linens, pillows and bed were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Hotel not a four star. Not good investment in infrastructure, finishings and maintenance. Mold smell greets you from the entrance, lobby and in the hallways with very old and stained carpets on the hallway leading to the rooms. Other floor coverings of a cheap quality vinyl that separates at the joints. How water in room from inadequate on demand heater that cannot maintain the water consistent. AC also has some mold smell.

A lot of rats on the garbage night time big size of rats.
I lost one key and they ask me 500 THB charge for the key.
I will never come again to this hotel

We loved the location, very close to everything!
Pros:

The location was superb! Platinum mall, decembers, soi, centralworld, bigC, the Market, siam paragon, krung thong, tofu skincare is just a walking distance from this hotel. Very convenient!
