Wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Hotel, es sieht sehr edel aus, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Suite, Personal war sehr nett, Frühstück war alles da was man so braucht. Es war auch nicht schwer zu finden und eine perfekte Lage. Alles sehr sauber. Jederzeit wieder

Quatre jours merveilleux à Venise
Pros:

Etablissement, certes vieillissant, qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement, mais idéalement situé, à deux pas de la Place St Marc, très facile à trouver. Excellent petit déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes pour 4 chambres et seulement une chambre a trouvé son lit trop dur. L'hôtel a su être réactif et a apporté une solution, ce dont nous le remercions. A part cela RAS.

Excellent location, clean and friendly staff. Bedroom was dated and needed refurbished.
Pros:

Excellent location next to St Mark's Square, helpful staff, and clean room.

Cons:

Staying here feels like visiting a relative who never redecorated. The room was very tired with scabby wallpaper, an old bathroom and a wardrobe and table that needs to be thrown in the skip. The public areas were nice but the bedrooms were not. For £235 for one night i'd expect a bit more for my money. Breakfast could have been better too - maybe a fresh coffee with eggs that weren't stone cold and bacon that wasn't cremated to an inch of it’s life and pastries I think were from last week as stale and hard.

La situación al lado de la Plaza de SAN Marco

Cons:

Solicité una habitación al canal y nos dieron la del primer piso en esquina y había un bar debajo y la gente que pasa x la calle … y había muchísimo ruido…
Se lo dije a los del hotel según llegué y que si me podían cambiar porque yo debía descansar porque tenía que trabajar al día siguiente y me dijeron que no. Que con vistas al canal no había… les dije que me daba igual, pero que ejercieran otra cosa y no hicieron nada por intentarlo… así que mal por su parte…

Colazione abbondante, ottima posizione.

Cons:

Camera datata e piccola,con bagno imbarazzante neanche una pensione ha un bagno del genere.
Stretto con lavandino piccolo e doccia senza box ma con una tenda, .
Nella descrizione della stanza infatti le uniche foto erano della camera ,quelle del bagno inesistenti.
Senza promozione avrei pagato la stanza quasi 200 € per una notte.

Pros:

Posizione super eccezionale! Stanza tripla un pó piccolina, pulita e calda! Posizione attaccata a piazza San Marco, arredato stile veneziano! Colazione super! Personale gentilissimo! Stanza quarto piano con ascensore! Stanza con vista sul piccolo canale!

Cons:

4 stelle, super per la posizione, ma stanze un pó datate, porte in legno un pó vecchie con apertura a chiave classica.

Great convenient hotel but my room would not be considered luxury and I'm glad I was on my own
Pros:

The breakfast and dining facilities were great, really good choices available, Great start to the day. Reception staff were always friendly and attentive. Bed was comfortable and clean and of course 50m from San Marco so location was great

Cons:

Room was a little tired and the entrance to the bathroom was partially blocked by the window curtain

Location. 5 min walk from San Marco Pier

Cons:

Room 602 was tired and dated, with minimal heating, ok for summer months but not in January when I stayed. Noisy heater, cold nights and no heating in bathroom.

Déception pour le logement, pas pour Venise qui est une ville extraordinaire.
Pros:

Tout simplement du VOL.
Quatre étoiles, ce n'est pas que l'emplacement.
Personnel tout juste aimable !
Tout est vieillot et même si la propreté est là, ce n'est pas suffisant.
Café soluble, jus de fruit concentré....
Des insectes rampants dans les chambres.
Booking ne doit pas cautionner, ne doit pas proposer !
