I didn't like that I paid more for the club quarters room compared to the standard room.
Culb quarter was smaller and more expensive than the standard.

Cons:

The hotel’s location is excellent but unfortunately that’s the only positive aspect. The rooms are very outdated and the floors creak constantly. Considering the price, I found it quite expensive for what it offers.

The staff were not friendly or helpful. We were traveling with a stroller and every time we entered or left the hotel, the stairs made it very difficult for us.

We went down for breakfast once, but there were no high chairs for babies, so we didn’t return again.

On our last night, the fire alarm went off twice and we woke up frightened both times. It turned out to be a false alarm but there was no explanation or apology provided.

Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

Sehr gute Lage um die zentralen Highlights zu besichtigen, imposante Hotelhalle und Restaurant, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad waren sehr klein und dunkel, Schimmelspuren in der Dusche, beim Frühstück waren die warmen Speisen häufig bereits kalt, Preis orientiert sich an der Lage und an London allgemein, daher nicht preisgünstig

Pros:

The location was perfect to walk around London. Nice decor in main hotel and staff friendly, helpful and attentive

Cons:

Expensive food and drink but I guess it's a good location in London right near Trafalgar Square. Good for corporate remote working, but I would not recommend for tourist R&R
