I'd stay again for the breakfast alone
Pros:

The breakfast was a solid 10/10, served in a lovely grand room with an excellent collection of breakfast items. I also liked how there was water dispensers within the hotel to save on single use bottles. The location was ideally placed next to trafalgar square, my room was on the back so was quiet.

Cons:

The room itself was a bit dated and the toilet hadn't been flushed from the guest before. The online check in process was rather complicated, I eventually managed to check in online and get the key card on my apple wallet, however I didn't know my room number so I still needed to wait to check in at reception.

Good value for money and my wife love Club Quarters... so I'm sure we will stay again
Pros:

1. Great location within walking distance of Trafalgar square and all the main attractions; 2. We received a free upgrade to a larger room which was huge; 3. The price we paid was good value compared to other hotels in the area; 4. Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

1. We arrived too early for check-in and left our luggage at reception which was fine; however, with no room key, we were unable to access the club lounge or toilets, and there is no lounge or central seating area near reception; we had to ask staff to give us access to toilets which was not convenient; 2. The hotel operates two separate brands - Club Quarters and The Grand, with facilities semi separated by floors, and a double reception... which is all very confusing for guests arriving for the first time; 3. The rooms/ facilities are a little tired... the kitchenette in our room had seen better days, with some bits starting to fall apart. 4. The hotel expects guests to use the latest digital processes for check-in and checkout... if you are an old analogue person like me wanting face to face human contact, you will receive some frowns of disapproval

The location

Cons:

This is a cashless hotel. I was given two options on arrival - find someone with a card or go find another place to stay ! Embarrassing- my guest needed to pay for the room. The large majority of the staff are robotic unfortunately, rare smiles,zero interaction with guests and little interest.
This could be a wonderful hotel

What a great hotel
Pros:

Location is amazing, so close to tube and Trafalgar Square and the London eye.
Rooms are spacious, beds were huge and comfortable with lovely bedding and pillows.
Great well appointed bathrooms
Couldn’t fault this hotel and will be back.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels: Zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann man alles in London sehr gut erreichen.

Cons:

In unseren Zimmern waren die Fenster nicht zu öffnen.
Dadurch das die Heizung über die Lüftungsanlage erfolgte, konnte wir uns nur entscheiden zu frieren oder die ganze Nacht den Lärm der Lüftung zu ertragen.
