I caught Hotel Employee while opening my room with his Hotel Card

Cons:

At 7:50 am somebody was knocking at my door. At first I didn't react because I thought it was somewhere else. It continued knocking as I was in the bathroom. So I went to the door and in this Moment my door was opened automatically by Card. A man was looking in my room and was scared as he saw me. He didn't say what he wanted also He was WITHOUT cleaning Materials.
So he run away. I confronted the Hotel directly. They lied and said nobody was trying to open my room.
As I was scared I checked out early although my room was paid for 2 days.
I reported also to Booking.com but they didn't react.
Really careless.

Pros:

the price is perfect for what they offer, the security staff at the entrance is accommodating and there is parking inside for cars and motorbikes, elevators are available too.

Cons:

the humidity on the walls behind the bed, and the noise from the street are the main problem, can use a better frame and glass to keep the noise outside, we choose a room with a balcony but we didn't know that was on the main road!

Pros:

The staff was nice

Cons:

Too noisy. Couldn't sleep well because it is too close to the main road. The black out also is not very good. The aircon was doing noises.

Pros:

The bed was big and comfortable, it seemed clean even though the linen had a weird stain.

Cons:

We had an issue with the owner from the very first second. I booked a room that had windows in the pictures, but when I arrived I was given a room with 0 windows (even if on the 3rd floor). I asked the management to change the room, as I can't live as a non-human and he did not want to do that. He said I didn't book a room with a balcony... though I wasn't asking for a balcony, but a window in order to have light from outside. After going back and forth for almost an hour, he finally agreed and I was happy to have a window. However, the room it's not worth it's money anyway - it was very noisy, ants running all around. I think the room would be worth not more than 10$ a night.

Value for money room with modern facilities.
Pros:

Room size, amenities, bed, balcony and staff.

Cons:

The location was between Nusa dua and Uluwatu so no main Market but that's fine if you have a bike or car with you.

the bathroom gave bad smell all the bad. got a sofa without a table. water pressure for shower is really low.

Exceptional
Pros:

Such a lovely place!! Would 100% recommend it was so modern! Everything was so clean, the staff were on hand to help with all of our needs and the bed was comfy. Great value for money

Cons:

Due to it being a new hotel, it’s location on apple maps wasnt entirely accurate. I’d recommend using Google Maps to find the hotel :)
