Pros:

This was the 2nd time staying there, GREAT location! Just 2 minutes by walking from the Namba Station, Lawson's just 2 steps away. The hotel offers "Happy Hour" in the afternoon and evening - there's no other hotel that offers this. Their HH has food and alcoholic beverages, and there's non-alcoholic beverages available for the children. The breakfast is wonderful (just like my prior stay)! This is the perfect hotel.

Disgusting and disappointing
Pros:

I did not like nothing about this hotel

Cons:

Everything could have been bettter.

Yes I understand that I booked a smoking room with out realising but even so the smell shouldn’t have been that disgusting of cigarette.

The ceiling was cracked, paint peeling of the ceiling aswell. A bulkhead above the window had been patched up and not finished. Stains on the carpet and the bathroom floor! Amenities inside the room were shit!

Very disappointing and the star rating of 4.3 did not reflect the hotel at all!

Will never stay again and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Pros:

好好彩被 upgrade 咗有露台的房間，仲要是安排在，房間好靚同好舒服，入住後有得使用休息室實在太好啦，另外早餐好好食好豐富好好味。

Pros:

The pancakes and snacks bar, with unlimited flow of drinks at the lobby lounge, was such a delight. Rooms are decent sized, clean and comfortable. Location is superb, right smack in Namba central and within short walking distance to Namba station and the shopping areas like Shinsaibashisuji. Absolutely a delightful experience to stay here! Will stay here again!

Cons:

Shower is slow. Toiletries lacking. Counter staff are not the warmest around, comes across as just doing their job.

飯店漂亮乾淨，就在鬧區很方便不吵雜
Pros:

飯店很漂亮，就在千日前商店街裡面，樓下就有Lawson。一樓有自助酒吧，於入住期間有免費酒水飲料點心可食用，空間舒適漂亮。
房間乾淨，不會吵雜。
可自行上鎖寄放行李。
