Would have been a great stay had it not been for the boiler not working.
Pros:

I loved the view, overall size, and bed here.

Cons:

Our boiler never worked. The adults could have power through with cold showers but it was a real struggle with the kid. They attempted to fix it several times and eventually offered us another room but at that point we were already halfway through our stay.

Leaking ceilings.
Pros:

Great views. Restaurant (different owner) was excellent.

Cons:

Rain was leaking everywhere in the unit. Ceiling(roof leaked, as we were on top floor), windows and walls. Leaked all over my clothes. Spoke to office they did nothing. Send messages, heard nothing. As a bonus we had no hot water either. Luckily we only booked one night. Photos below show.. bugs in light fixture, water on floor and water leaking from ceiling..

There is a restaurant next to the lobby called Sead which was very nice.

Cons:

We originally booked the suite, but they overbooked and didn’t prioritize our booking since it was through a third party website (booking.com). Instead, we stayed at the two bedroom condo and the difference was jarring. One bathroom had a weak AC unit and low water pressure in the shower. The other bathroom had low water pressure in the toilet and could only be flushed every 30 minutes to 1 hour. There were several stains on the sheets, chairs, and kitchen appliances. And we were missing things like a hair dryer which only come with the suites and not the condos. Overall, everything felt older and dirtier than the suite (which our friends successfully had during our stay). Our biggest gripe with the situation is that we paid extra to be in a more comfortable, renovated room and they did not provide that. They gave people who checked in after us their suites. Instead, they gave us a $20 refund.

A very worn down room at a large, generic resort.
Pros:

This property was in a decent location and was a good price. The breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Very old, very poorly maintained room. Our first floor room had a sliding door that didn’t lock. The security latch on the front door was broken. The AC in the main room was broken and had exposed electronics. There were stains on the couch and curtains. There were exposed cables in wall outlets. The shower door in the main bedroom didn’t close. On and on and on…

Never again.
Pros:

Good location and staff was very helpful.

Cons:

There was always something wrong. First the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms didn’t work so we moved rooms. Then one of the toilets wouldn’t flush so we moved rooms again. Then the third room another toilet wouldn’t flush but luckily they fixed the problem.

Good location and very basic facilities
Pros:

Good location. close to the beach with beautiful sunset. The room is very spacious and is cleaned every day.

Cons:

The facility is out of date. There is no hot water in the shower for the first two days during our stay, and internet didn't work for two days. Would be nicer if there is some basic stuffs in the room i.e napkin, table light.
