El servicio por la noche no puede desaparecer sin más y dejarle la responsabilidad a un vigilante. Tuve que pedir agua en la madrugada y no me la pudieron proveer. No sabía el vigilante donde poder proveerla. En cuanto al desayuno, el día de mi salida a las siete no estaba preparado. Recién, después de solicitarlo, pude tomar un café a las 7:28. La televisión de todos los días de mi estancia no ha funcionado la mitad de ellos.

It was well located and the staff was great. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was extensive road work being done outside of the hotel. The work took place at night which resulted in very loud noise and bright lights, this disturbing our sleep. Every night. Honestly I think the hotel should have taken this into consideration and provided us a much reduced rate.

Cuidado: se roban tus pertenencias y el hotel no responde
Nos alojamos del 20 al 22 de febrero de 2026. Al hacer check-out olvidamos una caja con zapatos nuevos en la habitación. Avisamos de inmediato y regresamos a recogerla en muy poco tiempo.
La caja estaba manipulada y vacía. Los zapatos desaparecieron dentro de la habitación.
La respuesta del hotel: “no fueron encontrados”. Sin investigación, sin revisar cámaras, sin explicación de quién accedió a la habitación y sin ninguna solución. Cero responsabilidad.
Que algo desaparezca dentro de tu habitación y que el hotel se desentienda es gravísimo. Por las noches además hay gritos y ruido que impiden descansar.
No dejen nada de valor en la habitación. Ni un momento

We had a wonderful stay at UTOPIC Campos Eliseos. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and happy to help. The room was also spotless, thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The location is near restaurants and other hotels yet in a relatively quiet part of town that feels calm and relaxed. The breakfast was perfect for us. It was not a big buffet like you might find at a large hotel, but it included everything you need to start the day well. If you are looking for a place that combines boutique charm, comfort, and location, this is the perfect place for you.

Kleines feines Boutique Hotel inmitten der großen Hotels

Alles. Die Architektur des Hauses, die Moderne und schöne Einrichtung, die schöne Terrasse, die wir an unserem Zimmer hatten sowie die gesamte Außenanlage.
Das Personal war herausragend nett, ganz besonders die beiden Pförtner und Security-Männer

Highly recommended!
Pros:

We come to Mexico City regularly and have stayed at a variety of places in the past but UTOPIC really stands out.

We usually prefer hotels over Airbnb’s or apartments because of the amenities and quality but traveling with a 2 year old the comforts of an apartment sometimes outweigh the drawbacks. However, UTOPIC combines the best of both worlds.

The location is excellent. The hotel is well designed and modern. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped and clean. The room comfortably fit a travel bad for our toddler and the provided kitchen helped us prepare snacks and milk whenever needed.

Above all, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. From the security guard outside to the reception staff, everyone we met was always trying to help and find solutions for us.

UTOPIC has everything you need to make your stay in Mexico City as comfortable as possible.
