Everything you need with super friendly staff
Pros:

It was clean, convenient and comfortable! It was everything you want from a hotel and the staff were super friendly. It’s been my favourite hotel of the whole trip so far.

Rummen var i minsta laget. Det tar ett tag att vänja sig vid Japansk standard av att rum och dusch inte riktigt är gjorda för resliga skandinaver.

La chambre était spacieuse, le lit confortable, et le personnel de l'accueil très sympathique.

Cons:

Nous avons du faire une file de 45 minutes pour accéder au petit-déjeuner. Ce n'est qu'en arrivant quasi au bout de la file que nous avons remarqué une feuille où nous devions nous inscrire pour pouvoir accéder a la salle. Le membre du personnel présent à ce guichet n'a informé aucun client de ceci, nous avons donc du attendre encore notre tour. Plusieurs autres clients se sont fait avoir.
Le petit-déjeuner servi ensuite n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Petits pains au chocolat et croissants surgelés, le choix n'était pas énorme.

Il y a 2 ascenseurs pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel, ce qui fait qu'il faut attendre parfois 10 minutes pour pouvoir monter dedans. Il n'y a pas d'escaliers à disposition (porte sous alarme pour sortie de secours)

周囲に飲食店が多数あるので困らない

部屋は狭く、眺めもカーテンを開けると隣のビルから丸見えだった。風呂もＨＰの写真と違って眺めはない。

Die Lage war sehr gut , alles fußläufig zu erreichen und Bus und Bahn

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es nicht möglich ein Fenster zu öffnen, es gab keine Möglichkeit die Kleidung unterzubringen,obwohl wir schon für japanische Verhältnisse ein größtes Zimmer gebucht haben,der Frühstücksraum war laut , das essen wurde nicht rechtzeitig aufgefüllt, es gab nur eine Kaffeemaschine , was unweigerlich zu Warteschlangen führte.
Zwei Aufzüge für so ein großes Gebäude sind zu wenig, denn auch da kam es zu Warteschlangen.
Der Spabereich durften wir auch nicht nutzen, da wir Tattoos haben .
