В номере не было зубных щеток и зубной пасты. Забывали положить полотенце для пола (для душа). Забывали добавить жидкое мыло в душе. Мыло для рук положили один раз за все время пребывания.

Stanza molto spaziosa con gran vista sulla città. Stanza al piano alto come da me richiesto. Colazione eccellente con moltissima scelta. Posizione ottima.

Garbage internett. When I told the staff about how bad the internett was they just shued me away. Missed manny meatings because of it. Had to switch to a e-sim

Pros:

Ottimo punto d'appoggio per l'esplorazione di Shanghai, stanza ampia con finestra apribile e tende oscuranti. Letto king sized. TV presente in camera, acqua rifornita ogni giorno abbondantemente,
servizio di pulizia camera efficiente. Prese funzionanti senza adattatore per prese europee.

Cons:

Bagno non al livello del resto della stanza, ma valido. Wi-fi inutilizzabile in stanza, nella hall funziona ma molto lentamente. Staff gentile ma livello carente di inglese.

Loved the stay here. Pretty much as expected and would return next time. Recommended.
Pros:

I liked pretty much everything there, staff, clean and comfy room with nice view, although window is not clean. Food was good, everything as expected

Cons:

Dirty windows is the only issue, everything else was really good. You could ask staff for anything you need, would come here next time as well
