The Limousine Bus to Haneda Airport takes about 40 minutes.
From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station via bullet train, it takes about 10 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 75 minutes to Nagoya, 110 minutes to Kyoto and 120 minutes to Osaka.
The hotel has a Green Program. Guests staying 2 nights or more can choose not to have their room cleaned, and will receive a discount in return.

Effective April 1, 2026, breakfast charges will be revised:

Pros:

景色はとてもきれいだった。
和食レストランもサービスも景色も食事も美味しかった。

Cons:

景色はとてもよかったものの、
鏡、窓ガラス、リモコンなどに指紋や汚れが目立った。
部屋も家具なども古く、結構古いビジネスホテル並みで景色以外は結構ガッカリ。

新横浜に用事がある時は良いと思います。
Pros:

1日1000円で車の出し入れが自由な駐車場が利用できる。

Cons:

1階のコンビニに行かないと飲み物が入手出来ない。
布団が薄く寒い？

Cons:

There’s no outlet by the bed. One USB plug on the nightstand, but it didn’t work. No coffee maker, only hot water pot and tea bags.
