This place spoils you to the max
Pros:

Ok, I would’ve preferred the bed to be softer. Otherwise, I cannot fault anything. This is a place where they pamper you. Free port and muscatel, free very tasty pastries, tea and coffee. Breakfast was included and is super. They even make you an omelette. Parking is such a fair price and they will do everything to help you (like navigate the tight spots on the way in). Staff is excellent! Room was spotless with nice views and shutters. Also, the room and bathroom are just very pretty. The bathroom also smells great. 24 hours (small) pool. Too bad I forgot my bathing suit. If they would sell them I would’ve bought it. Small enough (12 rooms?) to be and to feel very personal. Oh, and wonderful location (no need to navigate impossible Lisbon streets :-). I will be back.

Un hôtel exceptionnel
Pros:

Je voyage beaucoup et cet hôtel est dans mon top 5. J'ai rarement vu une telle expérience client.

Tout est pensé pour que vous vous sentiez comme à la maison : personnel attentionné sans jamais en faire trop, excellent buffet avec autant de plats salés que sucrés, déjeuner jusqu'à 12h, nombreux parapluies à disposition à l'entrée, pâtisseries et boissons offertes toutes l'après-midi et la soirée, nombreuses assises confortables à proximité de la réception.

En plus, tout est beau et très bien entretenu. La literie est confortable et les chambres très sympas. Et cerise sur le gâteau, il est très bien situé : la plupart des attractions touristiques sont entre 5 et 30 min de marche.

Si je reviens à Lisbonne, c'est ici que je logerai sans hésitation :-)

A beautiful boitique hotel with friendly staff and wonderful attention to detail
Pros:

We loved the location, the warm welcome, the delicious breakfast, the comfortable communal areas, the design, the history, attentive friendly staff, the spotlessly clean characterful bedrooms

Cons:

Nothing apart from the mattresses which we found to be rather hard for our liking but that is a personal preference

Beautiful hotel in great location
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel.
Everywhere very clean and tidy.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Good variety of breakfast food. pastries available throughout the day.
Gym and small indoor pool.

סה״כ היה נהדר וממש אהבנו את המלון. פעם הבאה מבחינתנו אפשר לוותר על ארוחת הבוקר במלון ולשתות קפה באחד מבתי הקפה הסמוכים.

המיקום היה טוב, הצוות כולו היה מאוד מאוד אדיב ושירותי, קיבלנו חדר פינתי גדול ונהדר בקומה 5 עם 3 חלונות גדולים עם נוף יפה של העיר. בחדר חיכה לנו קנקן גדול של יין פורט, וכן בקבוק מים וכמה בקבוקי סודה במיני בר שהיו ללא תשלום. לאורך כל שעות היממה היו בלובי שתייה חופשית של מים קרים, תה וקפה יחד עם פשטל דה נאטה ועוגיות.

Cons:

בחדר האמבטיה לא היה מספיק מקום לכלי הרחצה.
ארוחת הבוקר יחסית למלונות אחרים היתה קצת דלה, והקפה מהמכונה לא היה טעים.
