Struttura che ha superato le mie aspettative
Pros:

Hotel vicinissimo al centro, personale molto accogliente e colazione/cena con abbastanza varietà. Le foto combaciano perfettamente con quello che si trova su internet/booking

Cons:

Bisogna far richiesta per la pulizia della camera, sicuramente utile per evitare lo spreco di tempo e di acqua ma un pochino scomodo

Friendly and comfortable
Pros:

Meals were very good. Nice selection for breakfast. Pleasant atmosphere. Room, though very small, had everything including an adjustable bed. Hotel was extremely quiet.

Cons:

My only complaint was there was nothing in the lobby for fika. Perhaps I was in the wrong location?

Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino al centro e all'imbarco dei traghetti per Tallin e altre isolette. La camera è carina e pulita anche se non molto grande.
Colazione abbondante e molto varia.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker

Cons:

Im Zimmer könnte noch mehr Stauraum für größere Koffer sein. Zu zweit im Zimmer wurde es daher ganz schön eng.

Seems to me that the hotel can be a hit or miss.
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous and the location is excellent. We traveled with our dog, and the staff was very accommodating. Excellent if simple breakfast.

Cons:

We felt like we were second-class citizens as soon as we got to our room. The bed was a Murphy bed, which to us felt inexcusable for a hotel room that costs that much. There was a ball of snot on the bed, and the bathroom was dusty. There was hair in the bathroom sink. Dinner was included, but it was bland.
