Pros:

La posizione è un'intermezzo ideale tra l'aeroporto e le principali spiagge/attrazioni della città. Anche se vicino ad una strada abbastanza trafficata, il rumore delle auto non arriva nella camera e si riesce a dormire tranquillamente.

It was ok. Definitely a 2 star! Only bonus was the daily room service
Pros:

Cleaning service everyday to clean rooms, fresh towels and water refills.

Cons:

There are no facilities! Nothing to do at the property. The shower windows are not closed off so therefore noise will travel and you can hear peoples conversations. Advertisement said that we would have City Views - instead, we looked straight into a wall. My kids locked themselves out of their room on our last night - around midnight, and when we tried to reach out to the contact number provided, they didn’t answer until shift started for them the morning. So all 4 of us were stuck on our small bed for the night. The location is terrible. Nothing close by so you need to have your own vehicle.

Pros:

Уютная семейная гостинница. Персонал и владельцы очень вежливы и дружелюбны. Во всех вопросах шли навстречу и помогали. При гостинице есть кафе и там отличные завтраки. Расположение тоже вдали от суеты и одновременно недалеко от центра и при необходимости всегда и везде можно доехать. Белье чистое, кровати удобные. При необходимости предоставляется дополнительная кровать за допоплату. В общем соотношение цена-качество отличное для недолгой остановки. Спасибо!

Cons:

Надо понимать, что гостиница у дороги и шум от дороги иногда есть, как и шум от мойки рядом. Но в принципе терпимо.
Так же понятно, сто гостиница небольшая и люди заезжаю разные и круглосуточно. Так как дверь далеко не шумоизолированная, ночные заезды слышно достаточно хорошо, особенно детей).
Так же на 2-м этаже стоит чайник и почему то все очень любят около него толпиться и шуметь, так что в номерах рядом не очень комфортно, хотя чайники есть у всех в номерах).

We just needed a spot close to bong pier, and i think we lucked out with Dee's.
Pros:

What a delightful owner - who took time to chat with us. I love the wooden walkway that connects the meeting rooms. Food was good (except the weird red sour pad thai but oh well / for some maybe it's the best). The cafe was adorbs. Taking a moonlit walk along the concrete walk thru the "garden" was so peaceful. And the AC was powerful. We had no neighbors - love that - but obviously, that's just luck & low season.

Cons:

Those big hard pillows got us again. I ended sleeping with my neck pillow instead. Everything else was lovely! No weed smoking, people! in that's your thing. There are signs posted about that. Oh well

Nice room handy location for my needs - no beachs or any real places of interest nearby
Pros:

Location was suitable to my needs. I had a opening party to attend for The Bay Regatta on the 19th and the following day a meeting at Ban Bang Jo. I live in rawai so the stay saved my drive back and forth.

Cons:

I had requested a ground floor room due to a knee injury. That did not happen. I was allocated to a room downstairs. Due to that I didnt gp to my room at checkin to avoid going down the stairs more times than necessary. I was told no ground level rooms where available and then that they were 300B dearer than the rate I paid. The room smell of drain smells from the bathroom. Breakfast was cheap and equalled the price with 1 x toast 2 x eggs, butter jam, cheap frankfurts, sliced made up ham bits, useless salad bowl with no dressing and more decoration than functional, It was basic food. Filled a space. I would have paid a 1/3 more for better ingrediants. Aircondition was set at 20 but never got near 20C. I had no problem with that as I normally set it at 26 or more and to me the 20 should have been maybe 25. As I live in Phuket I am used to the tempretures - tourist would prefer colder. Room was room 101 downstairs

It was perfect!
Pros:

The rooms were modern, nice, clean and aircond was super cold! 😍😍😍 Staffs were super nice, friendly and helpful. They upgraded one of the rooms for free so we can all be together. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Phuket. Thank you Dee Homestay! ❤️❤️❤️
