Fantastic but could be improved with some better service from the staff.
Pros:

I like the location and the outdoor pool with sauna was amazing. The best was the closeness to nature and the easy access to cross country skiing. Free ski bus to the slopes was also a plus.

Cons:

Fully booked restaurant Friday night and not possible to get any food.

Hadde en fin helg på Ilsetra, topp å være her for å gå på ski, løypene rett utenfor. 😊
Pros:

Frokosten var grei, men det var ikke brød. Derimot gode rundstykker og vafler.

Cons:

Manglet mellomstor kjele, oppvask klut, lys over benken og kaffetrakter på kjøkkenet i leiligheten. Likte heller ikke stolene.

Jag gilla hotellet samt läget frukosten va toppen, mysigt med en utepool och bastu!

Cons:

Jag gilla inte när man inte städar ordentligt tömmer kaffe maskiner å torkar av ordentligt samt tömmer askkoppen så det va minus med städninge! Sen hade vi missat att meddela ankomsttid men vi va inne vid receptionen kl 12 å fråga om vårt rum var klar men hon sa mellan 15-16 så vi åkte iväg å kolla på annat va tillbaka igen vid 15 å då är det inte klart än när kl är 16 så är vårat rum fortfarande inte klart å det tycker jag är riktigt dåligt dom har vetat att vi varit där sedan kl 12 å ändå inte ansträngt sig det är sjukt dåligt! Dom som jobba på hotellet va inte jätte trevliga stod mest å tryckte i ett hörn å ingen som verkade trivas med sitt jobb!

Flotte skiløyper utenfor

Cons:

Renholdet. Teppe var ikke støvesugd, bøss på golvet, ikke rent i vinduskarm, sengetøy på køyeseng-rom var ikke rent, manglet dessuten et dynetrekk og 2 sett håndklær, 1/2 dorull til en helg er litt lite.

Fellestoaletter og garderober ikke helt rene. Ikke mulighet for mat på kveldstid utover fast 3 retters middag som måtte forhåndsbestilles. Smale senger.

Amazing location. Staff incredible. Evening meals very good

Cons:

Showers - smelly and poor drainage. Water supply poor - no hot water regularly despite asking the hotel to fix the issue. Apparently the fuse switch kept on tripping (why not fix it?). Also, once fixed only enough water supply for 2 people each day in an apartment sleeping 4! Smelly old shower filter shown on photograph- which stopped water flow and created a deep puddle when showering

Pros:

We overnachten in hotel Ilsetra tijdens onze Trolløypa trektocht. Een fijn appartementje, heerlijk gegeten. Sauna heerlijk na een dag langlaufen. We zouden een volgende keer ook weer bij Ilsetra willen verblijven.

Cons:

Wat prijzig diner. Bordje 'receptie' zou handig zijn.
