Enttäuschend und bürokratisch
Pros:

- Das Hotel war nah am Bahnhof
- Möglichkeit zum Baden (Badesalze zur Auswahl)
- Geldwechselautomaten für die Waschmaschinen

Cons:

- Ein No Go war der Reinigungsservice, der alle drei Tage zwingend gemacht werden muss; wir wurden aufgefordert das Zimmer zu verlassen.
- Wasserflaschen (2 Stück) gibt es nur, wenn man einen Zettel am Tag vorher an die Tür hängt. Dann bekommt man eine Tüte mit Handtüchern und weiteren Sachen, die man nicht braucht. Das macht das Hotel aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen, was keinen Sinn macht. Lieber einen Wasserspender im Flur aufstellen.
- Sehr bürokratischer Check-In, der bei anderen Hotels in Japan nicht so umfangreich war.
- Waschmaschinen und Trockner sehr langsam, außer man wäscht nur eine geringe Anzahl an Sachen (nicht nachhaltig)
- überall waren Zettel, wie man sich richtig verhalten soll, der ganze Schreibtisch war voll
- Auf der Etage mit den Waschmaschinen war ein komischer Geruch, in den Zimmern (vor allem im Bad) riecht es auch nicht so gut und es ist feucht
- keine internationalen TV Sender

素晴らしかった。

どのスタッフの方も大変、素晴らしかったです！
気になるところは何ひとつなく、気持ちよく、滞在できました。
バストイレ、別なのが良かったです。

Pros:

1.京都車站中央口出來，看到京都塔即快到飯店，飯店就在Yodobashi隔壁。
2.附近有星巴克、麥當勞、Yodobashi (有超市、GU、Uniqlo、ABC mart)，吃的很多
3. 浴室乾濕分離、水壓很大、一開即熱水、吹風機也很棒（風力很大）
4. 飯店有6台洗衣機，房間電視可以看到洗衣機使用狀況）

Pros:

離車站近，隔壁有yodobashi，位置方便。

Cons:

提早寄到的行李箱還是要自己拿進房間，沒有直接送入房中。
洗衣機烘乾功能滿差的。
早上把要替換的毛巾睡衣掛門把上，只給了新的毛巾漏了睡衣。
房間衣櫃的折疊門打開後沒辦法收入櫃中，要整理行李容易造成妨礙。
