Excellent hotel and service
Pros:

Close proximity to Kyoto station and restaurants. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast with variety of dishes. Room nicely designed with good amenities. Nice bathroom and facilities. Overall very impressed with service and hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again. arigatou gozaimasu!

5star stay
Pros:

Close proximity to Kyoto Station about 5min walk from central exit. Gracious staff, ease of checking in and out. Our room was upgraded for free. Very clean bathroom/room.

Cons:

Habitaciones grandes pero mal aisladas.
Pros:

Lo que más nos gusto fue la habitación perfectamente adaptada para personas con discapacidad y habitaciones anchas con plancha en la habitación. En este hotel no nos cobraron tasa de turismo extra cosa que el de tokio y osaka si. Muy cerca del kyoto station que facilita todos los transportes y zona donde se come bien y barato.

Cons:

El colchón era extremadamente duro, la pared carecía de aislamiento exterior siendo solo una ventana de madera y papel que daba a la cabecera de la cama y en el exterior una cortina que se encajaba en el borde de la ventana por la que se colaba el frio, el personal del hotel hizo que escribiéramos nosotros todo el papeleo para enviar nuestras maletas a tokio (En otros hoteles te lo tramitan ellos completamente).
