A great place.
Pros:

The breakfast was Ok but could have had a better selection for westerners and been hotter. The room was a good size and comfortable.

Pros:

The onsend and Sauna were exceptional..i used it several times a day. You couldnt get a better location

Cons:

It would be nice if we could hang a sign on the door to determine wether we wanted a full clean and beds made ir just towel change. You have to ring the desk everyday presently.

Das Hotel hat sehr schöne Zimmer, sowie einen Onsen Bereich auf dem Rooftop. Man ist Mitten im Geschehen und gut an die

Cons:

Die Betten sind etwas hart.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

Well positioned for shops and transport.
My husband used the Onsen and said it was relaxing.

Cons:

We did not think the breakfast was good, the hot food was not appealing.
Our room was small in comparison to other hotels we stayed at.

Great location, room was fine, but very accessible location for a short stay in Osaka
Pros:

Best thing about the hotel is the location. Super central and right near so many accessible parts of Osaka. Room was an okay size, good views on a high floor. There is a spa/onsen on the top floor with a sauna.

Cons:

Nothing crazy to note, however the TV volume only went up to 25 which was very quiet. I understand its a noise respectful thing. The onsen was also not very hot, it would have been nicer if it were hotter.

Very good stay! We have 3 rooms and they have really exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

The amenities are great and complete. We booked the quadruple room and it was comfortable. We have a dining table and good for late night snacks.

Cons:

There is no dedicated spot in front of the hotel for dropping off and getting in to your van. The good thing is the taxi stand is just in front of the building.

super spaa facilities and location between Stations Namba and Shinsaibashi

Cons:

sticky spot on the carpet by the fridge from previous spillage. Toilet seat not so warm.
