Pros:

1.位置非常好，心齋橋逛累了可以回房休息再繼續，斜對面就是唐吉軻德
2.房間內還算寬敞，3個行李都能打開平放

Cons:

1.沙發床是要入住客人自己將沙發床下的簡易床單、棉被、枕頭翻找出來，自己鋪床，枕頭也只有一個，感受不是很好
2.廁所的燈是感應式的，門打開燈會亮，但是人在裡面蹲馬桶到一半，可能因為沒感應到什麼動靜，燈會自己突然熄滅，突然廁所一片黑，傻眼@@
3.浴室沒有任何可以掛浴袍/睡衣和毛巾的掛鉤或置物架，讓人很疑惑，是要洗完澡光個身子從浴室到房間穿衣服嗎?如果同房的不是家人是朋友呢?
4.房間打掃人員，把我們前一晚用過的牙刷都扔了，雖然給了新的漱口杯，牙刷卻沒附上新的，難道要我改成徒手刷牙嗎? : (

Great place to stay if you want to explore the sites and sounds of the Dotonbori neighbourhood.
Pros:

The rooms have enough space for a couple and the amentites are well appointed. The cleaniness is really good and the staff were very knowledgable and friendly. The location is central to the busy Dotonbori area so it's easy walking distance to plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

Our kids room was facing the main road. It was a bit noisy at night due to the heavy traffic in the evening along the road, so I'd request rooms not facing the main road if available.

Veldig små rom for oss med mye bagasje.
Vi hadde ikke forhåndsvalgt rom og hoteller ga oss ett av de minste rommene selv om større rom var ledige på nettsiden deres.

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful with out booking issues.
Everything was great the rooms were a great size.
Loved the rooftop Onsen.

Cons:

I think it's just Japan. But the having a drink at the bar is confusing

It was a good stay at the hotel with easy access to shopping districts. Nice and comfortable room which is spacious.
Pros:

The room is spacious compared to other hotels in Osaka for 3 occupants.

Cons:

Should provide more housekeeping rather than just change of towels and pyjamas and topping up the toiletries like vacuuming the carpet and cleaning toilet bowls.
