A very enjoyable few days in a comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and there was a good choice for breakfast. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

I was concerned about slipping in the shower because the surface was shiney. However, in response to my request a non slip rubber mat was provided.

Cons:

The room was unclean, I don’t think it has been hoovered for some time, lots of muck built up around the light switches and the carpets. The toilet was a disgrace.

Excellent stay in lovely central hotel
Pros:

I often stay at the hotel when visiting my daughter in Aberdeen. Always great service from the professional and friendly staff.

Cons:

You have changed the brand of toiletries you use and they scream budget hotel not 4 star. The last brand was great so a little disappointed!
