hotel molto tranquillo accoglienza top

Cons:

si sentiva della musica che ci ha accompagnato ininterrottamente per quasi metà nottata non so se proveniva dai piani bassi dell'hotel o aldi fuori solo che personalmente mi ha ritardato un po' il sonno e i 2 letti singoli attaccati per formare un matrimoniale un po' scomodi

From arrival to departure the hotel was professionally run. Apart from the gm enjoying juventuss was the only criticism. But seriously Martina, Cinzia, Davide Renato and Luigi were incredibly helpful an amazing shuttle to the station was a dream. Breakfast was incredible, service was amazing. Such great chats. I will hold this place to the highest thank you so much. Will see you again Caio.

Pulizia e struttura.

Cons:

Unica nota negativa il fatto che alla colazione, voluta da me in camera e quindi pagata di più, non ci è stato portato il caffè. Ho fatto notare la cosa in fase di checkout e chiesto se fosse possibile quindi avere 1 caffè a volo prima di uscire e mi è stato risposto si si. Il problema è che questo caffè, alla fine, me l'hanno fatto pure pagare 😅 .. Non è il problema di pagare UN caffè ma è una questione di principio, Siccome io l'avevo praticamente già pagato. Sicuramente sarà stato un errore di lettura da parte dello staff ma è giusto che la proprietà noti queste PICCOLEZZE perché sono proprio queste che fanno arricciare il naso al cliente.
