Hotel je ispunio naša očekivanja, jedinu neugodnost smo doživjeli u baru, ostala usluga za pohvalu.
Pros:

Izvrstan doručak, raznolika ponuda koja može zadovoljiti svačiji ukus. Odlična lokacija, super povezanost javnim prijevozom do starog grad.

Cons:

Konobar u baru hotela koji ne govori ni riječ hrvatskog jezika iako radi u hotelu u Hrvatskoj u kojoj je službeni jezik još uvijek hrvatski. Na naše čuđenje i zatečenost takvom "uslugom" bio je izrazito nepristojan, donio nam je piće koje smo morali naručiti na engleskom bez i jedne riječi i stavio na stol. Prilikom odlaska nije se udostoji ni pozdraviti, a komo li se zahvaliti. Takovo ponašanje smatramo krajnje neprihvatljivim.

Pros:

Views, clean big room and nice spa facilities

Cons:

Breakfast was cold selection although they can do you a fresh omelette. But all buffet stuff was cold at 9 am. Also if you wanted to go to night time buffet they charge 50 euro pp which is different to what advertised on website

Spectacular view and great location.
Pros:

We were given a suite with 2 bathrooms. The view from our room was spectacular. We are definitely staying at this hotel again when we come back to Croatia and will make sure to spend the whole day to explore the amenities.

Cons:

Some of the front desk people seems not friendly and abrupt. The woman from the spa in particular.

Absolutely everything. We have been coming back to Royal resort every winter and it is one if the best in Croatia. Highly recommended, excellent value fir money, lovely lication, extraordinary view and sunset. Highly recommended

Pros:

Pobyt v Royal hotelu se nám velmi líbil. Personál se o nás celou dobu hezky staral a celkově služby byly vynikající. Jelikož jsme byli mimo sezónu, dostali jsme upgrade pokoje zdarma. Pokoj byl prostorný, postel veliká a pohodlná, koupelna s veškerým vybavením. Ocenili jsme i kávovar, minibar na pokoji a každodenní doplňování kapslí. Na pokoji jsou k dispozici i župany a pantofle. Balkón je prostorný s posezením, krásný výhled na moře. Snídaně byly bohaté, na výběr jak slané tak sladké, ovoce i zelenina. Ve wellness jsou tři sauny - aroma, finská a parní, vyhřívaný bazén. Prostorná odpočívárna u bazénu

Bila sam prije nekoh 5 godina u ovom hotelu privatno i sad poslovno i ponovno bi odabrala ovaj hotel

Готель на дуже високому рівні, я задоволеня, буду повертатись ще!
Pros:

Сподобалось абсолютно все, від ввічливого персоналу до шикарного виду з вікна. Потішив великий вибір сніданків, кількість басейнів на території, чистота завжди і всюди. Рівень готелю дуже високий, раджу всім і сама повернулась ще б не раз!
