Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Overall excellent. The cleanliness of the room and the quietness were very good. Services, food, friendly staff, and professional service were all commendable.
The hotel is in a good location and very convenient for traveling to other places. Good value for money.

Skip the breakfast, enjoy the room.
Pros:

The front desk staff, cleaning crew and doormen were so so friendly and nice! They were helpful at all times. Thank you to the staff that upgraded my room. The rooms are clean, I wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast was HORRIBLE. It was cold and disgusting. The only thing good at the buffet was the teh tarik uncle. I assume due to bulan puasa food is being prepared super early, so by the time we go for breakfast around 7/8am the food was stale. Everything was cold and flavourless. There was an insect in my aunts kuih, the staff alerted the manager and he apologised. The eggs were absolutely disgusting, cold and slimy. I had asked them to deliver the eggs to the table because i assumed as a five star hotel they do this. I actually haven’t been to a hotel that doesnt send freshly cooked dishes over. The cook looked puzzled when i told him my table number, just handed me the slimy omlette. An older man who was in jacket had oggled me when i visited the restaurant across the hotel, i was very disturbed to find out he works in the hotel. He was roaming around the buffet area in evenings. Perhaps the management should do a thorough check on both things

Returning for the Chinese New Year celebration, I found the hotel bustling with guests as always. We had missed out on staying here during our previous visits due to it being fully booked, so I was especially pleased that we managed to secure a reservation well in advance this time.
Breakfast was exceptional—always an extraordinary start to my day. It's truly a highlight I eagerly anticipate each visit.
Mr. Raj, the General Manager, was exceptionally thoughtful, personally assisting me with parking challenges throughout my stay. As it rained nearly every day, his support proved invaluable. Traveling while pregnant, accompanied by my husband—who was recovering from a knee injury—and our two young children, I found the valet parking service to be a true lifesaver, ensuring our comfort and easing our experience.

Cons:

Communication from the front desk was generally helpful, though there was a mix-up regarding my parking arrangements. Fortunately, the attentive assistance of the General Manager, Mr. Raj, and the Duty Manager, Karthiga, quickly resolved the issue and ensured a smooth experience.
