Location was good, well equipped apartment with close proximity to groceries, stores, restaurants and train station.
Close to tube station, not much noise except for other guests, underneath ground level so not so hot (but that was our room only), clean, cosy, kitchenette, check in and check out instructions were easy to follow, washing machine and dryer available to use for a small fee, heaps of cafes/convenient food options and supermarkets in close proximity.
No air-conditioning (heat-wave), very small bathroom - knees were hitting sink when on toilet, small

Bad und Küchenzeile modern und sehr sauber!

Easy to find nice street
Smaller than I thought
Sehr sauber, schöne und moderne Möbel, Kommunikation zur Abholung des Schlüssel sehr klar. Schönes Badezimmer.
Sehr klaustrophobisch und dunkel ohne Lampen, nur ein kleines Oberlicht.
Lüften ist kaum möglich, nur über ein kleines Fenster im Oberlicht, daher sehr warm im Zimmer, keine AC.
Sehr hellhörig- man hört Unterhaltungen auf dem Flur, in den Zummern nebenan, jeden Schritt im Zimmer darüber, Klospülung nebenan etc.
Kein Stuhl, kein Tisch, an dem man Sitzen kann. Daher macht eine Küche zum Kochen keinen Sinn, es sei denn, man isst im Stehen. Das Bett ist so hoch, dass man nicht auf der Bettkante sitzen kann. Ein Klappstuhl und Klapptisch wäre gut.

The property was in a good locvation, tube access was only a 5 minute walk. the property was clean & tidy & all facilities listed were provided.
The rooms were small, but that not uncommon in London. Too many stairs for my wife!
It was clean and very close to the subway
Unfortunately the hair dryer was not working and I had to purchase one of my own. Also there were no adapters for the sockets. It should have been provided as all the other EU countries do not have these type of sockets
Ottima posizione, monolocale piccolo ma molto accogliente e dotato di tutti i confort, anche per chi volesse cucinare durante il soggiorno.
La mancanza di aria condizionata rende il monolocale effettivamente caldo, a maggio abbiamo risolto lasciando la finestra aperta.

The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Location was excellent. Customer service was excellent and responded quick, despite the problems themselves not being fixed.
The room itself was good, but we had massive issues as the window/door facing the street had its latches broken. The window couldn't close properly and only had a small, weak, vertical latch to keep it secure. We did not feel safe, nor our belongings as we went about our days, knowing that it was street side. Despite the quick response of the staff, and their attempts to fix the door by screwing-in screws, it didn't work and the door window was left like that.
Furthermore, noise isolation was not good. The room was located relatively far from the cleaning cupboard where the cleaning agents would pass, but the very bad noise isolation of the door to the room made the constant door slamming, in/out of guests, and the cleaning of the apartments a horrible experience to our stay. We got woken up by every little sound, and couldn't sleep properly. Furthermore, as the door/window street side was broken, we couldn't keep it open long enough to cool down the room, despite the cooler weather.
Lastly, the Wi-Fi was really bad and completely useless.
Overall, I really tried to like the room. It looked great on paper, great location, fast customer support and great cleanliness, which are all true. But the issue with the doors on both ends made our stay not pleasant at all, as we couldn't sleep at night due to heat/street noise and couldn't keep a peaceful mind during the day knowing that the window was basically open and barely secured.

De eerste nacht ging ineens om 2 uur snachts het brandalarm af? We hebben met het hele hotel om 2 uur snachts buiten gestaan, en ik heb het alarm zelf uit moeten zetten? Verder niets van de staff/owner gehoord hierover?
The appartment was nice and cosy, very clean and esthetic. Location was great, just short walk away from the tube. Customer service was nice and helpful. It was a great place to stay for the weekend, for 1-2 people.
Convenient location near subway station. Good area, large supermarket nearby, walking distance to V&A museum. Room is clean and comfortable.
Hairdryer was broken. No paper towels for the kitchen. Water tastes funny.
The housekeeping staff Herman was very helpful in getting our heavy luggage to the top floor.

Great shower, cooking facilities, clean, well managed .. Couldn't fault the apartment compared to previous experiences 👌
