Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

From 1st June 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4- and 5-star hotels and MYR 2 per room per night for 0- to 3-star hotels. The property’s star rating will be in accordance to the rating from the Local Council, and should the rating differ from the website, the Local Council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.

The hotel requires a refundable security deposit of RM 50 per night upon check-in by cash or credit card.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Location room 438 tap water very little. My facial cream put on soap tray was thrown away as I forgot to keep I didn’t throw at dustbins

Bon emplacement, pas cher

Cons:

Pas de fenêtre, mais quand je dis pas de fenêtre c’est bois avec trou laissant passer tout le bruit la nuit. Donc cela veut dire que lorsqu’ils refont la route toute la nuit en bas de l’hôtel, il est impossible de dormir et la prière de la mosquée à 5h du matin pareil, très embêtant.

Perfect location just by Penang skywalk tower.
Pros:

Both the security have same names and they are very helpful and make us feel secure at the entrance that the property not only has surveillance but a security guard on duty right at the entrance which is the only access to it which makes it 100% secure Thankyou to both Bikram’s. Also the front office staff are very efficient and well trained and have good body language.

Cons:

The toilet showers need one small change, there should be a water outlet under the shower too so the commode area stays dry at all times as the shower robe doesn’t help much keep the water out.
