Modern and centrally located hotel
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and the facilities were great.
We arrived late and really appreciated the complimentary minbar in our room.
The location is fantastic and the room size is generous by central NYC standards.

Cons:

An onsite bar would have been great, however, I appreciate space is limited.

Exceptional in every way
Pros:

Everything from the location, the room sizes and design to the staff were exceptional! The other customers at the hotel were also very classy and polite people. I would definitely stay there again if I go on holidays again in NYC!

Boutique hotel in central location
Pros:

We booked a larger room with a sofa and two large chairs. This spacious setting was helpful when we had family visit us briefly. The hotel was secure and the location is terrific -- just two blocks from Grand Central Station, two blocks from the New York Public Library. We picked up coffee at one of several local breakfast places.

Beautiful hotel, quiet and comfortable in a great location for exploring
Pros:

Great location, beautiful interiors, incredibly comfortable bed and the junior suite was a good size ( most hotel rooms in USA I’ve stayed in before were too small) Super helpful staff

Cons:

No down points really but if I’m picky I’d say that It doesn’t have a restaurant but is linked to the ‘Benjamin steak house’ which we felt was over priced- generally we don’t want meals at the hotel but as we were caught out in a snow storm we ate there once

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in New York
Pros:

Amazing stay. Our hotel room a junior suite was a fantastic size. ALL the staff were amazingly helpful. Location is brilliant. Can’t praise this hotel enough.

They also helped sort a flat rate taco to and from the airport which was hassle free and much cheaper than getting your own from JFK
