Location great, quiet rooftop pool and can see the sea. Room comfortable and clean.

I stayed in Room 202 and really enjoyed my experience. The room was bright, airy, and comfortable, with a nice balcony and easy elevator access. It was well-equipped with everything I needed, including an iron, microwave, small fridge, and cutlery. The staff was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay.

The building itself was very clean, and the rooftop pool was beautiful—a definite highlight. We did experience an issue with the cold water not working for two days, but it was eventually fixed.

The only downside was the meter parking. It was sometimes hard to have enough coins, and unfortunately, we ended up with a parking ticket.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place close to the main strip.

L’appartamento è in una bella palazzina sulla calle 10 a poche decine di metri dalla 5av e da tutti i servizi come supermercati e ristorantini. L’appartamento è grande e totalmente attrezzato. Sul tetto una bella piscina con vista al mare.

Stayed 10 days for our honeymoon. I had asked the staff to decorate a little to make it special for my husband. They did exactly what I asked them to do and more. They we very friendly and quiet accommodating. Housekeeping made sure we had clean towels and beach towels daily. The area around was very safe and the restaurant down stairs was also very good. Would definitely stay here on our next visit to Playa Del Carmen. 10/10

This place is amazing, very clean and friendly staff. A/C works great. Roof top pool is definitely a awesome way to cool off and look over the city of Playa Del Carmen. Definitely recommend!

La habitación era demasiado sencilla, faltaban cosas como donde colgar las toallas, espejo de cuerpo completo, cancel de baño completo. La alberca está muy sucia y claramente tenía tiempo sin ser limpiada porque tenía moho. La ubicación es muy buena y el acceso y comunicación con recepción muy buena

Es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy bonito lugar y confortable, mi estancia fue satisfactoria.

This is the 4th time at Lahun. The apartment is good sized, well equipped kitchen, daily coffee, lots of towels for beach and bathroom. Availability of roof deck pool!
Two big screened televisions, as well.
We loved the pillows...
Diana and Willie were very friendly and helpful. Willie did a terrific job keeping our room clean.

I love the location, close to everything

Excellent stay in the middle of PDC, I would highly recommend it. Diana was awesome.

Horrible. 0/10 Would not recommend. The pictures on the ad are not accurate as the bathroom looks different in person. When I got there the room was filthy and not well kept up. The floor was filled with debris and dirt from someone’s work boots. There were parts of the ceiling missing and laid to the side like ppl were walking in the ceiling. All of the towels are dirty and stained, so was the bedding. Also, the toilet bowl had no seat. I did not feel safe in there. The owner/host does not answer calls or messages in a timely manner. The host was rude when he/she DID speak after I voiced my concerns about the cleanliness of the facility. Their “policies” are predatory. This seems like a scam. Please STAY AWAY.
