A stylish, centrally located hotel with genuinely attentive staff that made my stay feel special,
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here—such a superb hotel with extremely attentive staff. I felt genuinely noticed and taken care of, especially as it was my birthday. They had thoughtfully left a birthday cake and card in my room, which was a lovely way to start my arrival.

The following morning, the breakfast staff were just as attentive. There was a great choice of breakfast, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. A really good vibe throughout—definitely a great choice.

Cons:

There were only a couple of minor things. When you enter the room, you walk straight into the bathroom first—it’s a bit quirky and different, though not a major issue. That said, the bathroom itself was great, with a really good shower and strong water pressure.

I was also a little disappointed with the balcony, as it wasn’t quite functional enough to properly use or relax on.

There was a good selection of towels and they were generously sized, though they felt a little rough and not as luxurious as expected.

Overall, these were small points and didn’t take away from the experience. I would still highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación en plena gran vía, hotel cozzy, casi boutique, con buen diseño y cómodas habitaciones... Personal muy amable, recomendado.

Cons:

Si bien el desayuno podría ser estilo buffet como en otros de la línea Vincci, pero siendo a la carta, no estuvo para nada mal...

Pros:

Very nice location just in the city center close to all sightseeings. Very nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

I was upgraded to the suite, but there were no slippers or wardrobe that is strange, no toothbrush, you need to ask for every single item.
