Location, staff, room was spacious and comfortable.
The heater / thermostat didn’t work well and it was quite cold during my visit.
Very classic hotel, staff was super nice and friendly, let me check in before the actual time, put me in a nice room, i loved staying there and couldn’t leave so was extending every day

La ubicación, es buenísima. Y la atención del personal también excelente.
No es tan cómodo, el aire acondicionado es un poco ruidoso. Nada del otro mundo, se puede dormir perfectamente y todo pero es algo molesto.
La tv solo tiene algunos canales locales.

La atención del personal es buena y la ubicación es muy buena con respecto al metro a Reforma, antros restaurants y centro s comerciales.
La calle donde esta ubicado el hotel esta muy oscura por la noche y se siente un poco peligrosa, sin embargo, no se tuvo ningún incidente.
La atención de su personal, siempre presto a procurar el bienestar el turista. La ubicación es perfecta se puede ir a pie a centros comerciales, vías principales, sitios turísticos.
el servicio de televisión no es muy amplio
No es la primera vez que llego a este hotel , siempre que llego a la ciudad de México llego al hotel reforma , ha llegado mi hermanas, hija y compañeros de trabajo por recomendación me gusta el hotel y su ubicacion
