Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Und kommen im Juli wieder 😁
Frühstück war lecker und für alle was dabei. Prima ist auch der kleine Lebensmittel-Shop!!

Wochenende für Konzertbesuch
Pros:

Das Apartment hat eine angenehme Größe, war sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück hat für jeden etwas dabei und war auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Immer wieder zu empfehlen
Pros:

Wir buchen dieses Hotel immer zu Konzerten in der Barclays Arena und können das nur empfehlen. Immer sauber, Personal immer freundlich, genug Parkplätze.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit - dieses Mal war die Seife leider so gut wie leer und das Bild des Fernsehes hatte einen leichten Blaustich.

Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Bar war super. Das Zimmer war groß und wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen.

Cons:

Bett ein bisschen zu hart, Lautstärke bei offenen Fenster hoch (Zimmer Richtung Parkhaus)

Die Nähe zur Barclays Arena ist perfekt

Cons:

Als wir das Hotel gebucht haben, wurde nicht mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant geschlossen ist. Wurde wohl kurzfristig entschieden…was für uns dann mit großer Umplanung verbunden war. Sowas sollte frühzeitig mitgeteilt werden

Pros:

Das Bachelor Apartment war komfortabel, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was ich benötige. Ich würde es anderen empfehlen und selber wieder buchen.

Cons:

Es gibt Unstimmigkeiten bei der Abrechnung zwischen dem von Booking.com abgebuchten Betrag und dem Rechnungsbetrag des Hotels.
Die Rechnung sollte deutlich übersichtlicher und transparent in allen Punkten sein, damit jede Seite eindeutig richtig informiert ist.
