Pros:

Mohammed was incredibly kind and helpful. He upgraded me to a slightly larger room and even carried my bags up the stairs for me, which was very appreciated. The location is great, it's very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park.

Cons:

The building is very old and protected status so they are unable to add an elevator, so you must be able to use the stairs. There also weren't any outlets by the bed, but on the last night I discovered a power strip in a drawer that allows you to bring power closer to the bed.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood along with several other hotels. It is very close to Paddington station which makes transportation easy. Also several other sightseeing areas are within a walking instance. There are pubs, restaurants and shops close to the hotel. Also the owner, mrs Litsa is very kind, sweet and happy to help. If you are looking for a less expensive option this hotel will do.

Cons:

The rooms are located in a rather old building. This means that they are small which can be uncomfortable at times. The windows were a bit old as well so air and noise can easily pass through them. However we only went to the room to take a shower and sleep, so we managed.

Pros:

The staff was really lovely, the lady at the reception offered us as soon we arrived tea and cookies,.The staff really helpful in case you need, they offered to bring my luggage upstairs even I didn't accept.

Nice place in London
Pros:

Very good value, a few minutes' walk away from Paddington Station. Quiet, safe area, even at night. Kind staff and nice room. Tea, biscuits and hot water in the lobby.
