Pros:

I stayed because I attended a dinner at the hotel. I only booked a basic room but got an upgrade when I arrived. Very nice room in the main building.

Beautiful getaway in the Surrey Hills - with even more stunning views
Pros:

Clean and well presented. The area is stunning, even in winter.

Cons:

The parking is a hassle - normally guest parking is down a steep slope, makes it difficult to carry bags.

Pros:

Dinner was lovely. Evening receptionist absolutely perfect. Accessible room perfect for our needs.
Missed breakfast, perfect no doubt for working people but for a leisurely break finished far too early!

My stay at The Lodge
Pros:

Although the lodge wasn’t part of the main hotel, the room was comfortable, spacious & had everything you would need for o/n accommodation

Cons:

The room looked like it hadn’t been dusted or hoovered for weeks & there were quite a few dead bugs in the bathroom & bedroom.
