No cumplió mis expectativas, buscábamos un hotel en un arrozal y solo se veía el arrozal en una habitación, para el resto de huéspedes había que buscarlo por un pequeño camino. El desayuno era bastante escueto y al pedirle un poco más de zumo me dijo que tenía que hacer un cargo extra.

Het hotel is niet bereikbaar per auto en alleen via een lange ( heel ) smalle weg omhoog waar brommers je in en weer kunnen rijden . Een belachelijk situatie die pas gemeld werd toen er al geboekt was. Kortom een min of meer onbereikbaar hotel hierdoor is het zeker de prijs niet waard is en niet aan te bevelen!
Beauitifully designed Villas giving privacy, luxury and great service. The peacefulness while so close to the main Ubud street is amazing. Well worth the effort to get to and staff are well prepared to assist with bag transport from the main road
Friendly and helpful staff, quiet and peaceful location but still very close to Ubud main streets. Beautiful garden and view, very close to rice fields. We also loved the bright room and the big terrace!
Not much privacy at the pool, not so many sun beds and a bit too close to each other. However we still had some nice time when we got the pool for ourselves.

The location is hidden and so you have to walk 10 mins to the resort which is up a lane way that is accessible by people and bikes only

Small boutique resort, super friendly staff and close to Main Street
I stayed for 8 days at Gynandha Ubud Cottage, inside one of the Villa Nanda villas, and it was absolutely spectacular — truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had.
From the incredibly warm and attentive staff to the beautiful facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. Inside the villa, everything felt private, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The pools were spotless, the gardens lush, and the entire atmosphere peaceful and magical.
The location is perfect — you’re surrounded by serenity, yet just a short walk from restaurants and the main attractions in Ubud. It’s the ideal balance between tranquility and convenience.
If you arrive at night, don’t be surprised by the small, narrow walking path leading to the property — that’s part of its charm. I arrived at 1 AM and remember thinking, “Where am I going?” But the moment I stepped inside, I realized I had found a hidden paradise.
I recommend Gynandha Ubud Cottage 100%. Simply the best of the best — pure magic in Ubud.

Location is amazing, short 5 min walk to Main Street with so many restaurants bars etc it made going out so hassle free and felt very easy. However I wouldn’t recommend for elderly or people with prams because the walk is slightly steep getting from road to pathway. Otherwise it’s such a beautiful peaceful place. Staff are lovely. Would return again
The location was great. Once you knew where you were going, it was nice and quiet, set back from the Main Street but easy to get to downtown Ubud. The pools and restaurant were lovely. The staff were excellent. It was a quiet and peaceful place.
We found the beds very hard and unfortunately did not get great sleeps there due to this.
