Todo en general

Cons:

El bufete de desayuno no merece la pena por 8 euros en la calle comes lo que quieras no había 5 o 6 cosas para elegir y era para hacer ensalada de tomate y cebolla y no había ni zumo ni nada. El bufet no sirve

Les chambres si elles sont repeintes en blanc pour plus de propreté sont sans décoration aucune, ce qui rend l'atmosphère très froide.
Pas de tables de nuit.
Pas de téléphone pour joindre l'accueil.
Un éclairage très blanc comme dans un hôpital.
Le carrelage dans la douche est vieillissant avec joints noircis par le temps.
Des serviettes usées.
Des baies vitrées difficiles à ouvrir.
Des chaises longues en terrasse pleines de saletés...
En conclusion, un site qui n'offre pas vraiment les prestations d'un Hôtel prétendument 4* Étoiles

Moyen à pas bien du tout
Pros:

L'accueil et l'emplacement d'un établissement choisi un peu en catastrophe sous un gros orage.

Cons:

Presque tout ! C'est vieillot ! L'établissement semble laissé à l'abandon alors qu'il est magnifiquement situé en bord de Medina sur l'océan. Le personnel (ou une partie du personnel) fait tout ce qu'il peut pour être agréable.
Et notre séjour s'est plutôt mal terminé...Une paire de chaussettes chaudes manquait dans la valise restée la veille dans la chambre. J'ai pensé qu'on l'avait mise ailleurs et qu'on la retrouverait en déballant tout à notre retour en France. Que nenni ! La femme de ménage avait elle un mari qui avait les pieds froids ? Ou quelqu'un a t il été séduit par les quelques 200 € planqués dedans ? D'accord, c'est pas malin, mais ça corse vraiment le rapport qualité prix du séjour.

Pros:

It was adequate for the €75 we paid for the bungalow for a night while we got a feel for the area. Our "bungalow" was dated, the sliding door didn't fit the frame properly anymore. There was a plug in wheely radiator (minus 2 wheels) available to heat the room. We did sleep ok in a comfy bed. It was not too much of a step up from a hostel environment.

All of the security and concierge staff were absolutely wonderful., considerate, conscientious and kind. It's a shame the powers that be havent invested in this property

It is obviously a property that was built in the 70's and noone has done a single thing to it to bring it up to date never mind maintan it.

De lokatie is het enige goede aan dit hotel

Cons:

De presidentiële suite was beneden alle peil. Badkamers waar het water wegloopt en de kamers instroomt en personeel dat daar vervolgens niets aan doet! Een kakkerlak komt je dan ook tegen. Veel te veel werkzaamheden en daardoor herrie op de accomodatie.

Hola soy imanol de Donostia el personal del hotel en general era majo, pero me dejé una tablet Samsung en el hotel y por mas correos que he mandado desde España no he tenido respuesta.
Pienso que aunque considero que ya la he visto podían responder y contarme una mentira.
Por si lo leen les dejo mi mail. Vegamichelena@gmail.com. espero cambiar mi impresión del hotel. Essaguira precioso y seguro.

Un superbe endroit avec le personnel fort sympathique... Du fait de la tempête Francis que l'on a subi nous avons profiter de notre chambre dans les bungalow autour de la piscine. Malgré ce temps nous avons eu chaud, pas de problème d'infiltration ..et quand nous sommes sorties on n'a pas tout faire à pied... Tres bien situé...RAS 😉
