A gem of a hotel
Pros:

What an excellent little hotel, clean, comfortable, excellent beds and a delicious breakfast. This was just what we wanted. It’s outside the centre but easy to walk to. It took us about 30 minutes to the Cathedral but if you don’t fancy walking there are plenty buses. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the sea front.

Wirklich schönes Hotel, für 2 Nächte total ausreichend mit super Frühstück und Personal!
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat die Erwartungen übertroffen, es wurde unverzüglich nachgefüllt, wenn etwas dem Ende zuging, auch kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit. Das Personal war überdurchschnittlich freundlich!

Cons:

Es gab zwar in den Zimmern einen elektronischen Safe, allerdings funktionierten diese nicht, auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde mitgeteilt, das der Safe NUR mit einem SCHLÜSSEL funktioniert, den man an der Rezeption für eine Kaution von 5 Euro erhält, dies hätte man entweder gleich in der Beschreibung bei booking.com kommunizierten können, spätestens jedoch beim check in, was allerdings nicht geschah. Es musste an der Rezeption, NACHDEM man im Zimmer war nachgefragt werden, obwohl auf dem Safe eine Bedienungsanleitung mit Anweisung der Vergabe eines persönlichen Codes lag. War sehr verwirrend!

Modernes sauberes Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Palma!
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit ausreichend Auswahl. Guter Kaffee. Gutes Gebäck.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind städtetypisch klein und es war wenig Platz für Koffer und es gab wenig Möglichkeiten Mäntel o.ä. aufzuhängen; Sehr kleiner Kleiderschrank;

Kind and helpful staff. Clean and modern room. No complaints. :)
Pros:

Very neat room, beautiful large plants brought peace and privacy to the balcony. Bathtub was nice and breakfast was quite ok, we got our stomach full. A bit of a walk to the city centre but we managed – nice views and weather. The car park worked well and came in handy.
