Pros:

Das Zimmer war an sich schön

Cons:

Es hat leider keinen ordentliche Ablagemöglichkeit für sachen gegeben.
Ein Stuhl oder Haken wären sehr praktisch gewesen.
Auch war das Bett für 2 Personen zu eng und klein.
Daher würde ich nicht noch einmal hier her kommen wollen.

Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
Pros:

Ein kleines gemütliches Stadthotel in toller Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gab zwei kostenlose Getränke auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war auch gut.

Cons:

Die Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren. Nur über das Fenster konnte man die Zimmertemperatur regeln. Vielleicht war das nur in meinem Zimmer so.

Not satisfied with my stay.
Pros:

Location. Staff were generally amiable. Tall ceilings. Comfortable bed. Electric kettle and fridge in the room.

Cons:

The hotel was poorly insulated for sound. You could hear every movement in the hallways from the room, which conversely would allow others to hear sound emitting from the room into the hallway; diminishing any opportunity for privacy. Whilst the rooms were more than sufficiently heated, I found the lack of humidity indoors to be a real problem. The extremely dry air caused irritation to my sinuses, which ultimately resulted in a very poor quality sleep. The room was dilapidated and in a worn condition. The finishings were marked, or coming apart at the seams, or displayed very visible signs of wear. The surfaces were not sufficiently cleaned, and displayed markings of use from previous guests along with copious amounts of dust. The couch and long stool were stained, as was the shower curtain. The overhead shower head had not been scrubbed to remove mineral deposits in some time. I had to scrub the shower head with my own sponge and soap to remove deposits in order to allow for a more steady water flow.

Upon arrival at the hotel I was offered the option to pay an additional 30€ for an early check-in. As a guest who was staying at the property for 6 nights, it would have seemed reasonable to waive this fee. I understand it is part of their business model to charge for an early check-in, but it is something the property should consider forgoing for guests whose stay is longer than say just 2 or 3 nights. On the Friday of my stay I exited the room on time and requested that the room be turned. I came back to the property and found that no one had turned the room, despite my timely request and having given the hotel staff ample time to turn the room. The next morning the hotel staff called my room twice to discuss further the issue of the room having been overlooked, despite my having declared to reception that I had planned to sleep in and the ‘DND’ switch was displayed for my room.

Doppelzimmer (505) sehr klein und verwohnt mit 140 cm Bett. Keine Möglichkeit in der Früh ein Café im Zimmer zu machen.
