Quite convenient location with beautiful views—and definitely the best morning buffet we’ve experienced
Pros:

The dining hall is beautiful, with great views of Osaka. Their morning buffet is excellent, with exceptional selection of both Asian and Western fine foods with beautiful presentations. It really is superior to any other hotel that we have experienced throughout Asia.

Cons:

Our room was on the smaller side and the bathroom not as modern as some of the upscale hotels.

Pros:

Got the room on the top floor with amazing view on the Osaka City. The staff was really kind and super helpful. Great location since metro/bus station is literally right under the building. and really liked that Dotonbori was just a small walk away from the hotel. Thank you!

外でたっぷり遊んで寝に帰る宿
Pros:

繁華街、駅が近くロケーションはよかった　清潔だった

泊まった部屋の景観は最悪だった　高層階の恩恵は全くなかった

In the heart of vibrant Osaka
Pros:

The hotel is perfect located. Near to train and metro etc. And close to the vibrant Osaka areas. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff there very friendly.

Cons:

I booked a standard room but I would recommend to book a room with city view. I didn't really understand that "old english interior style". The furniture and facilities in my room were just outdated and dark.

Lacking facilities expected of a hotel of this calibre, seems very focused to wedding and conference market.
Pros:

Location is excellent, above Namba station. Views are excellent in city view rooms

Cons:

Lacking simple facilities for a styled upmarket hotel in western styling (British). No bar. No room service. No cocktails aside from a handful on menu - staff wouldn’t make alterations. 3 of the restaurants closed on Tuesdays. Seating charge to get a drink, with no otoshi. Staff were a bit sharp in the restaurant. Front desk staff were excellent.

また機会があれば泊まりたい。
Pros:

ロケーションが申し分ない。近鉄駅西口から直ぐ。今回は伊丹空港行バスを利用したが隣にバスセンターがある。レセプションの対応も丁寧。

Cons:

チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらっていたが、部屋入れのサービスがあるとなお良い。ホテルの到着が遅く、荷物も多かったので。
