The location was walking distrance to the train and bus station. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and they provided gluten free bread for myself and my daugther and it was the best we ever had in Japan. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and offered the most gluten free options of all the hotels we stayed at. Beds and rooms were clean. There is a supermarket, health food shop and a variety goods shop next door.
To eat at a restaurant in the hotel is very expensive, but there are restaurant options very close by. You can't check in early, but they will store your luggage.

Reception and checkin/checkout exceeded expectations. Staff were very polite and helpful. My luggage forwarding from the last hotel was received by them and already arranged in the room.
Security was good as you needed the right key to access your own floor. Shopping mall and shuttle bus service to Kansai aiport very near.
I would be happy to stay here again in Osaka.

二日間同じ部屋にしてくださって、無料でグレードアップしてくれて夜景の見えるお部屋にしていただきました。
朝食も種類が多く、とても美味しかったです。

원래는 오사카를 갈 예정이 아니었는데 폭설로 비행기가 결항되면서 무계획으로 당일 급하게 잡힌 숙소였음에도 불구하고 머물러보니 맘에 들어 추가로 1박더 하게 되었습니다.
입구와 로비가 여느 일본호텔과는 조금 다른분위기라 신기했고 후기에 뷰가 좋다는 말들이 많았는데 정말 다른 야경명소 못지않게 뷰가 좋았어요. 타월도 다른데 비해 푹신푹신 오래되지 않은 느낌이라 좋았습니다. 슬리퍼도 질이 괜찮았구요.
그리고 직원분들이 정말 친절했습니다.
조식도 퀄이 좋았어요. 일식 양식 종류가 다양했어요. 그리고 밑에 12시까지하는 마트가 있고 지하로 지하통로가 이어져있어 다니기 편했어요.
딱히 없었지만 굳이 말하자면 1층과 숙소를 엘베 한번으로 가지못하고 로비에서 갈아타야하는점?
Easy access to airport and Osaka shopping
Rooms are small but I guess you expect this in a city.
The location is phenomenal; thanks to it, we were able to get around Osaka very easily. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very attentive and kind.
Unfortunately, at times the shower water would suddenly turn cold and then return to hot.
The location was amazing as it was a direct link to the station to get to any sites and the supermarket underneath had amazing options.
The view was amazing overlooking Osaka and watching the city from above.
We had a twin room that they added 2 beds to accommodate the 4 of us and it didn't feel cramped. The bathroom was great.
No laundry facilities but thankfully we were not staying long and then next stop had a laundry.
Great location. Close to train stations. Comfortable rooms. Great views from our room.
