Pros:

The property is easily accessible with plenty of parking in an idyllic setting.

Cons:

Bit more attention to detail would make this property perfect.
Bed linen was badly stained in multiple areas which was obvious and the duvet cover should have been binned and not put on the bed.

Ceiling of the bedroom had black marks that would take seconds to clean off.
Secondary glazing is old a stiff and hard to open and close.
More seating in the bar area with tables set up in the dining area would be a better layout as limited seating for guests wanting drinks.

Nice room, comfortable bed.Food was good in the evening. Staff pleasant and very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was abysmal. Hubby had a cooked breakfast , waited 25 mins. Eggs under cooked,bacon over cooked, 1 tiny mushroom , beans congealed, no black pudding, toast was served on plate with breakfast but was just warm bread. Coffee tepid.
I wanted a continental breakfast, no youghart, no fruit, no pastries , only bran flakes or cornflakes.
Asked staff member if pastries would be replenished but was told no. Was offered a hot breakfast but declined as hubbys had arrived and looked greasy and didn't have time to wait another 25 mins.
Did complain at check out, staff member pleasant and apologised but left hungry.

Lovely central hotel, fabulous staff, and super breakfast. The room let it down a little for me.
Pros:

Convenient, easy parking, lovely staff and very friendly service. Superb breakfast.

Cons:

I had expected a room with bath and toiletries and had neither. Toilet could have been a tad cleaner.

Good pub/hotel, well located for a weekend break.
Pros:

Well located pub/hotel. Friendly staff. Good quality pub food at dinner. New Forest surroundings with donkeys, cows and sheep going past the windows at meal time. Clean room, relaxing stay.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better in both staff numbers/direction they were given, and food quality - different to the evening meals which were good quality.
