The hotel is in a good location and it is making strides to update the facilities
Pros:

The owner is very nice gentleman and will politely answer any questions. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and there’s a small rain shower head. Also the curtains maybe odd looking but they block light well

Cons:

The bed was very hard and the room crowded. The door to room can just open because the bed is right there.

위치가 대단히 좋은, 가성비 호텔입니다.
Pros:

성채와 구시가 사이 골목길에 위치한 호텔로서, 어디로 가던 도보 이동 가능하며 편리합니다. 특히 지하에 주차를 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. (주차를 하려면 미리 전화로 방법을 안내 받아야 합니다) 저희가 제공받은 룸은 2층 성이 보이는 전망 좋은 룸이었으며, 대단히 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 호텔 도보 1분 거리의 Tapas를 파는 스페인 음식점을 추천합니다.

Cons:

엘리베이터가 없는 점은 고려하세요. 건물이 오래되다 보니 시설이 다소 낡았지만 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었습니다.

Personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable,, disponible. Hôtel hyper bien placé et très propre avec un jardin magique parfait pour se poser apres une journée de balade. Petit déjeuner excellent avec large choix

Great location and hosts
Pros:

Very good location close to the old city, shops and restaurants; from the hotel terrace you can see the fortress. The building has a small covered garage; there is no elevator but the receptionist helped us with our luggage upon arrival. Friendly and smiling staff. Very clean room with modern bathroom and comfortable bed; good wifi. In the room we had complimentary coffee, water, tea. Excellent coffee! Breakfast with many options; delicious homemade jam and cakes.

Just a great place to stay.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Good private car parking on site if booked ahead and the car was parked for us by the owner. Breakfast had a good selection. The two owners were attentive and very helpful. A good selection of restaurants very close by

Ohne Abstriche empfehlenswert, direkt unterhalb der Cité!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer und Badezimmer waren fast neu, sehr geräumig, sehr sauber. Blick zur Straße, aber nicht laut. An der Rezeption sprach man sehr gut Englisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Das Gebäude ist zwar uralt, ist aber in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Von der sehr kleinen Dachterrasse hat man m.E. den besten Blick auf die Burganlage. In den umliegenden Häusern der Straße gibt es kleine Läden und mehrere gute Restaurants. Es passt alles zusammen. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 bis 15 Minuten auf der Burg. Vor dem Hotel ist eine Parkbucht nur zum Be- und Entladen des Fahrzeuges. Es wurde vom Personal anschließend in die hoteleigene Garage gefahren und am Ende des Aufenthalts wieder vorgefahren. Es gibt in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg aber auch kostenlose, unbewachte Parkplätze. Alles in Allem war das ein phantastisches März-Wochenende in Carcassonne! Nicht nur die Cité sollte man sich unbedingt ansehen, auch die Altstadt auf der anderen Seite der Oude ist sehenswert und hat einiges zu bieten!
