I would like to say, a middle aged man with short hair greeted me at the door and he was absolutely lovely. He offered to help me straight away, and when I said I was early he ushered me to check if my room was ready and it was! Which meant I had more time to prepare before my big event. He was great, make sure you appreciate him. Everyone was lovely too though, genuinely
