Very nice service
Pros:

Everything was so nice! Food was so delicious! Specially I want say a big thank you to Emilian-Bogdan Ozon for looking after us. He is so brilliant, helped us with everything, explained everything about food. Also he is so polite and with positive energy. We will back next time because service was ever good.

Amazing! Would stay again and have already recommended it to my friends and family.

We chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and the team completely exceeded our expectations in the most wonderful way.

We were given a room on the top floor, which already felt like such a treat — but the real surprise came on our first evening when we returned to find the room beautifully decorated with balloons, a bottle of champagne, and a birthday brownie waiting for us. We hadn't asked for any of it. The staff had simply gone out of their way to make the occasion feel special, and it genuinely moved us.

It's rare to stay somewhere that feels like it truly cares about its guests rather than just hosting them. The thoughtfulness behind those little gestures made the whole trip unforgettable. We will absolutely be back, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone — especially if you're looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion.

Silver wedding anniversary
Pros:

We returned to the Royal Garden 25 years after we had our wedding reception there. We were welcomed warmly before we even got to the reception desk. The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Views over Hyde park from the room were wonderful. A wedding anniversary message and cake weee a lovely touch.

Overpriced for the facilities in the room.

Cons:

The room rate was quite expensive for what facilities were in the room.. There was a constant loud noise from the vents (whether the air con was on/off). The tv had to be turned up quite loud to be able to hear it.
