Lit inconfortable et douche à peine tiède

Era presente solo una sedia in una struttura prenotata per due persone. Se avessimo voluto usare la cucina per i pranzi e le cene una persona sarebbe stata costretta a sedersi sul letto.

I would give a minor score if I could. This is the worst hotel/apartment I ever lived in. First, it is very stinky from the first day we checked in. I mean, seriously fetid. The host/owner definitely never cleaned the bathroom pipes. In the end, we need to put a plate over the shower drain to prevent the smell. Second, the place is super-unsafe; every day/night, the drunk people outside shout and vomit just outside your door. Third, everything is broken here or there; the TV is not working, not even basic cable channles not working, can't connect to the Internet; bed sheets are dirty, and we have all the pictures showing these. Really terrible, and please avoid unless you enjoy the smell and like to be woken up in the night.

Bed kraakte hard en je kon we de buren boven horen maar dat was het ook anders zeer goed! Tip geen peper en zout ( kruiden) aanwezig, wordt een pluspunt als het de volgende keer wel aanwezig is!

Unfortunately I have to leave a really bad review based on the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had in a rental apartment booked through Booking. We went to London for a family event and booked an apartment for four adults. When we arrived, we found two beds that were only one-and-a-half width each, but we were told that’s standard in the UK. Then we realized each bed only had one blanket. The temperature outside was around 0°C. We asked the owner and were told there were no extra blankets, only thin sheets.

That night, during the first shower, we found out there was no hot water. We had to skip showers and sleep with two people sharing one blanket. The next morning, a maintenance worker came, checked the water, and said there was a problem and someone would come fix it. Of course, no one came. By the evening, we sent WhatsApp messages and got no reply—they ignored us, even though it was already our second day without hot water.

On the third day, someone finally came to fix it, but the problem wasn’t resolved. Only then were we given access to a shower in another apartment, so we had to walk there to shower and walk back to our apartment to sleep.

Throughout all these days, we contacted Booking and were told someone would get back to us, but they never did. When contacting Booking in our country, we waited 30 minutes on the line with no answer. I have never experienced such exhaustion on a trip, having to spend all day every day just waiting for phone responses and dealing with apartment issues. Because of this, I ended up returning home before the end of our trip.

Our family trip was completely ruined because of this.

The only little thing that worried them a bit about potentially returning in the summer, was that there was no window in the lower floor where the sofa bed was, so during spring summer, especially a London heatwave, the lower floor would be unbearable to stay in - to sleep or just relax. But they will return in the winter for sure as everything else was amazing.

Solo se podía abrir una ventana, el agua no salía hirviendo, salía caliente, para el frío que hace el Londres….y no hay edredón como tal y ni escoba ni recogedor
