perfect spot in Zicatela
Pros:

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast every day. Everyone was happy to help. The pool looked great even though I didn't use it myself.

Cons:

The pillows could be a bit firmer.

La ubicación frente a la playa y que está muy céntrico

Cons:

La limpieza no es muy buena, aunque diario limpian no lo hacen muy bien y la alberca es pequeña y aún así esta sucia, omitimos meternos por esta causa

Pros:

La ubicación, hay un cafesito a un par de cuadras. Y desde mi punto de vista no es nada complicado llegar a las playas principales caminando.

Que la limpieza se realice tan temprano. También, el desayuno incluido podría ser mejor; que incluyeran una bebida además del café.

Cons:

Que no hubiera colgadores para las toallas, súper incómodo. Había ruido por las obras del hotel, también por la noche por una discoteca cercana y el último día se fue la luz varias veces.

Vétuste et ultra bruyant la nuit.

L'hôtel est globalement bien placé.

Cons:

Les chambres qui nous ont été allouées étaient vétustes, la piscine en travaux pendant notre séjour : pas possible de l'utiliser et du bruit jusque 19h. La boîte de nuit située à côté de l'hôtel prenait le relai pour le bruit, non stop jusque 4h du matin. Les fenêtres des chambres tremblaient tellement le bruit était fort. donc globalement hôtel à éviter!

NOISE! NOISE! NOISE! Would not return.
Pros:

The location across from the ocean is fantastic BUT we couldn't stay in the ocean view rooms because the NOISE was unbelievable!!!! No peace & quiet here! Disco 9pm - 3am & then noisy renovations. We had to move!

NOISE! NOISE! NOISE! Disco was so loud that the furniture in the room was shaking from 9pm-3am! Construction renovations start at 7am -4pm, hammering, drilling, banging, sawing, NOISE, NOISE NOISE!

Helpful staff. Some spoke English which was great although I speak a little Spanish. The person who cleaned my room was lovely and friendly. She told me she has worked at the hotel for 9 years.
