Una estancia no muy grata.

Desayuno bien y ubicacion muy bien

Cons:

Que nos hayan cambiado de habitacion porque la regadera no servia, despues de varias horas de haber llegado y tuvimos que acarrear todo a otra habitacion. Adi mismo por la noche el pasillo de nuestra habitacion estaba totalmente obscuro porque no servian las lamparas.

Lovely hotel, right across from the beach
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel, great location with a view of the beach, which was right across the street. Breakfast was fantastic, it was available at a restaurant right across from the hotel, they gave you vouchers. The only reason I gave it a lower score was because it's under construction and we were 2 rooms away from it. It was super loud all day. I'm sure when they're done, it will be wonderful.

staff was excellent, my room was clean with an amazing view of the ocean the swimming pools were clean and taken care of the food and drinks at the restaurant was exceptional the bed was very comfortable

Pros:

Die Lage war super und alles war ordentlich und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

Cons:

Durch ein vorangegangenes Erdbeben mussten Reparaturmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden, wodurch es tagsüber sehr laut war. Hier ist man uns aber mit einem Verzehrbudget entgegengekommen was fast für 3 Tage gereicht hat. Das Frühstück war zwar gut aber kein Buffet und fand auch nicht direkt in dem Hotel sondern ca 4min zu Fuß entfernt statt. Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter des Frühstücks Restaurants war unangenehm, da hier Trinkgeld erwartet wird. Gibt man keins, wird man unerwünscht behandelt.

Pros:

Happened to be daily repair work because of recent earthquake damage. They kindly offered 10% food & drink credit which i appreciated. The meals that I had were very good.
The breakfast was located across the street so I had lovely view of the ocean. I enjoyed that a lot.
I would return here.

Cons:

Staff was very helpful except on last day when they didn't want to call a taxi for me because I should flag down a taxi outside. Which was true.

perfect spot in Zicatela
Pros:

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast every day. Everyone was happy to help. The pool looked great even though I didn't use it myself.

Cons:

The pillows could be a bit firmer.

La ubicación frente a la playa y que está muy céntrico

Cons:

La limpieza no es muy buena, aunque diario limpian no lo hacen muy bien y la alberca es pequeña y aún así esta sucia, omitimos meternos por esta causa
