Contacte con el alojamiento por mail, informando y solicitando el reintegro del precio pagado ya que no llegamos a alojarnos. La respuesta fue negativa, ni siquiera hubo una negociación.

衛生面が最悪
ゴミ箱に前の宿泊客のゴミがパンパンに入っていてシーツには髪の毛がたくさん

道路がうるさすぎてあまり寝られなかった
ボディーソープが無くなってた

駅から少しだけ歩きます（が、夜でも当宿泊施設までの道は明るく安全でした！）

Pero el centro está a una hora o más para muchos lugares populares. Ten esto en cuenta antes de reservar

テレビが無い。
窓が防寒されてなく、冷気がガンガン入ってくる。
外の音も普通に聞こえる。

Nos indicó una estación cercana que en realidad no era la más próxima, lo que nos confundió a la hora de llegar al alojamiento y que además estaba un poco alejado del centro.

Very poor equipment, when i bought wagyu steaks to cook for us for dinner, I figured I couldn’t get the stove turn on. It turned out we didn’t have the right pan for the stove and that’s just comical, Thanks to pair of sweet Chinese couple that lend us their pan, we could make the stakes happend. Small bath, you cannt fit 2 people, no bowls, knife was dull, in tye night it was kinda noisy and since its in first apartment, you could hear everyone walking, taking and doing things. Only 2 towels for 2 people on 5 days, also the washing machine doesn’t dry your clothes and you got like 5 coat hangers in the whole room. And finally the windows are really easy to hear true and when you want to open the drapes, everybody whose walking would look at you.

However, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working properly — when turned on, it caused a disgusting sewage smell to spread throughout the apartment. I also had to keep all drains covered with plugs. The apartment was quite dirty overall; the floor was covered with grime, and I even had to clean it myself. There were hairs and dirt on the bed near the headboard, and dust and dirt in the corners. When I arrived, the kettle was lying on the floor. The most unpleasant thing was that for most of my stay, the Wi-Fi barely worked or was so slow that pages wouldn’t load, even though the listing stated that internet was available.

浴室小了點 不過可以接受 畢竟洗澡而已 因為在一樓 窗簾可能要更貼一點 遮擋住全部 不然會有點沒安全感
